Hot summer read. Loved the book just as much as the movie! Each makes the most of its medium to tell this story about first love. This is “Tree for Codes” by Jonathan Safran Foer. He took another novel (written by someone else) called “Street of Crocodiles,” and cut it down to create this work of sculpture-poetry.
