I am a rideshare driver in Atlanta, GA. On August 1, 2016 I was rear-ended on the freeway, causing significant damage to my car. Thankfully, nobody involved in the accident was injured and the other driver was insured. I will need a new bumper, both tail lights, and trunk as well as major repair...

I feel like this is partially an ad for the Chevy Cruze, since I was hit by an SUV at almost 40mph and drove away with only this damage. In any case though, all the rear body panels of my car need replacing, as well as some internal parts, and until my car is safe and presentable again I can’t do rideshare driving. This accounts for a little more than 1/3 of my income, so I’ve started a gofundme so I can keep current with bills until my car is fixed. it was so nice to work on some of my poetry the last 2 days, so i wanna see what will make me feel less like a walking corpse irl.

i’m grateful that you’re creating and processing and enjoying what you do, and i’m sorry when people can’t accept this. there’s a difference between a dialogue, a discussion, a conversation, and bullying.

i saw it in the da fandom too, and it’s obscene. it’s unnecessary. it’s hurtful. a lot of us are processing different things with our kylux-related creations and it’s been monumental for many of us to come to terms with our personal relationship with this pairing, with this setting, with life. a lot of us want to explore a dynamic. a lot of us want to explore character. a lot of us just fucking like this.

we’re not the writhing, unthinking, unfeeling masses we are painted to be.
