A new antagonist enters the chat.

Ocular budding is a common side effect of Eccentra's early trials. It's not painful and doesn't negatively affect his vision, making him one of the lucky ones. He switches between his eyepatch and sunglasses to cover it. But beyond the eyewear, he's not allowed to choose his own clothes. Celine styles him to match with her like Hans is a purse dog. A very large one.
