They harvest sensitive data for exploitative ends: mapping insurance risks, sourcing pharmaceutical subjects, and identifying targets for predatory loans or workforce optimization. By supplying Celine Voss with market forecasts and Antoinette with psychological segmentation, Kade provides the raw data necessary to fuel both corporate greed and high-level propaganda.
