I wanted to make you dinner and I messed it all up.
You're cute and all, but it's alright babe. We can order take out or somethin'.
I thought cooking was easy until I tried to do it myself. I can’t believe I burned rice..
You're such a dork.
Fucking hell.
You’re the sappiest person ever Liza, it’s kind of gross. In a very adorable way.
Why? Do you want me to gag every time I breathe?
.. Take that back right now.
Nah. I want you to get all turned on and fuck me.
Fucking hell.
I’m quite the opposite, I’m an angel.
You get a free pass, cause you’re cute. Everyone else, not so much.
You're as beautiful as one, yeah. That's why it's so misleadin' and stuff.
Uhh. Wow. You're rude. I'ma just spray the whole room now.
Fucking hell.
It’s a gross combo, I’ve blocked it from my memory.
It’s better smelling than that stuff you use. I always feel like you hugged a skunk or something.
You're the spawn of satan for thinking that, Sammy.
Excuse you. Axe is the fuckin' shit.
Fucking hell.
First of all, you see eat ranch with pizza rolls? Weirdo.
Get some air freshener?
'Scuse you. You know this. It's the best way to eat 'em, anyway.
How about some of your girly perfume? That always works.
Fucking hell.
All I wanted was some god damned pizza rolls and I've gotta put ranch with them, and as I get to my room, of course I spill them fuckin' everywhere and there's ranch dressing all over my hands and floor and it looks like damn jizz. Now my room smells like ranch dressing and I fucking hate everything.

"Maybe you’re not the hero," Sam tried to state calmly her brows pushed together. "I know that’s not true." Sam pointed to her own body. "Do I look the same?” She questioned Aliza, knowing the truth behind her words. “Yes, you are. You’re my Liza, you’re always going to be.” She added trying to take small steps closer to her. Opening her mouth to say something, her words were cut off by Aliza’s lips firmly pressed against hers. Was this actually happening right now? Sam’s hands instantly falling to her waist, pulling her body closer to hers ans she smiled softly against her lips.
In the time that Aliza had been away from Samantha, she had kissed many people. People that she had no desire to kiss, and people that she had absolutely wanted to kiss -- under the influence, of course. It had always been rough with no feeling at all, which is exactly why this kiss was unlike any other kiss. There was more behind it other than just.. a kiss. This was a kiss that showed her she couldn't be kissing anyone else. Aliza cupped the back of her neck and brought her in closer, parting her lips just barely as she deepened the kiss, a small noise escaping her lips.

"Then give me an explanation." Sam looked up at her, "Give me one good reason why you couldn’t find the balls to break up with me instead of leaving. One good reason why you had to throw away everything we had." Sam never had a temper, it wasn’t in her nature. But this was frustrating, the nights she spend waiting for Aliza to call her, to say sorry. Waiting to hear her say I love you, but that never came. Shaking her head, she grabbed the hem of the shirt she was wear tightly in her hand. "Then let them." Sam said sadly looking up at her. "I don’t care." Standing from the mattress she slowly walked over to Aliza and placed her hands on either side of her face. Wiping her tears she shook her head once again. "I came back for you."
"I said stop, Sam!" Aliza screamed, pushing the blonde off of her. "Fuck. What don't you get that I don't care? Tell me all of this shit. Tell me, alright? You want me to care? Too fucking bad. This isn't a fucking Nicholas Sparks novel, or one of your stupid superhero movies. I'm not gonna save you. I'm not your damn hero." Her fists were balled up and her fingernails were digging hard into the skin, drawing blood and she winced slightly. She needed Sam to think she doesn't care. "The person you came back for isn't the same, alright? I'm not the same. Do I look the same? Do I act the same? I'm not the girl that was in love with you, alright? I'm not. Fuck this and fuck you and --" Aliza cut herself off only to notice that there were hot thick tears rolling down her cheeks and her chest was heaving hard with her heavy breaths. Before she knew what she was doing, she was pressing forward to Sam and kissing her hard and claiming.

Quickly recoiled her hand at Aliza’s reaction, her eyes quickly averting hers, rubbing the center of her palm again. “I have a list.” Sam snapped, closing her eyes and sighing to herself. Before, Sam would’ve never snapped at her. That wasn’t who Sam was, she never the person to get mad easily, she was normally calm, happy. But recently she had become a different person. “Do you?” Sam asked turning her head towards Aliza. “Do you know how much it hurt that you left? Do you know Stevie and Stacy asked me countless times where you were and I couldn’t even give them an answer because I didn’t even know myself?” Pausing, she shook her head softly her damp hair sticking to her face. “You didn’t even break up with me. You just left.” Sam could feel tears against her cheeks, as she laughed with no humor. “You picked up and left like I didn’t even matter to you.”
Great. If Aliza had one weakness, it was this girl in front of her crying. She didn't want to think about the countless tears that the blonde had wasted on her. She wasn't worth the tears and she knew that she never would. There was no way that Aliza could get out of this world. And to be honest? She didn't want to. There were things that important, but drugs would always come first. That feeling. That high. Addicted was simply not enough when it came to her and any drugs that she could get her hands on -- especially cocaine, which was obvious by her small and fragile frame. Stevie and Stacy. No. She refused to hear about them. It could be the one damn thing that made her snap back. And she didn't wanna snap back. Not ever. Not for Sam. Not for anything. Not for anyone. "It's in the past, Sam!" Aliza snapped, pushing off of the bed. "I can't fuckin' change the past. It happened. If you're lookin' for an apology, you're not gonna find it here so.." A pause. This was way fucking hard. Fuck this. "I'm gonna pay your god damned debt that you owe people, and I want you out of my life. You know they could fucking kill you if you don't get your money to them?" Aliza shook her head, ignoring the tears that were falling down her cheek. She paced back and forth in front of the bed, finally looking over at the girl that used to be her world. "You're just.. did you just come here to fuck everything up?"

Hearing her old nickname, Sam pursed her lips together before looking down at her feet. No one but Aliza really ever called her Sammy, it was mostly just Sam from family and friends, and Samantha from teachers. Silence had fallen over them for a moment, walking slowly to the mattress, Sam sat down and patted the spot next to her. There was a lot to talk about, a lot. Sam wasn’t even sure where they were going to start. Waiting for Aliza to join her, she rubbed her palm trying to find the right words to start with. Hey how’ve you been? She almost laughed at how formal it sounded when they two of them was anything but. Feeling the mattress shift she kept her head down. “I missed you.” Sam finally said softly, her voice cracking slightly. “I-I thought you didn’t want to be around me anymore. I couldn’t, figure out why I just—” Stopping to swallow the lump in her throat she rubbed the back of her hand against her cheeks. “I’m sorry.”
"Stop," Aliza immediately replied, acting as if Sam's touch burned her. The feeling of her soft hand against her cheek took her by surprise. Recently, the brunette had only been used to harsh touches. Meaningless touches. Nothing could ever be meaningless with Sam. But she couldn't let her know that. Not now. She was toxic. "Stop saying you're sorry. This isn't some.. reunion. I'm not going to explain myself and I'm not.." Aliza trailed off and swallowed the lump in her throat. This was harder than she could fathom. Pretending that she didn't care. Pretending that even if she was permanently high out of her fucking mind, Sam sobered her up without even meaning to. "I dunno what you want me to say. All Imma say is.. you really needa get clean, get a job, and fuck this life right in the ass. This isn't for you, Sam. I know you."

Sam still wasn’t sure about where she was, but she knew who she was with, and knowing she was with Aliza meant that she would be okay. Once the car came to a halt, Sam tried to make out her surroundings in the darkness of the night. Squinting her eyes, she tried to see something, anything, but it was just too dark for her. Motioning for her to get out, Sam unbuckled her seat belt and got out of the car, closing the door behind her. Aliza showed her where she was living, It was very her, Sam thought to herself. A small smile found it’s way across Sam’s face as she heard Aliza’s sarcasm, something that made her fall in love with her in the first place. Hearing the command, the blonde nodded before walking towards the shower still in a haze. In Aliza’s room, Sam fumbled through her drawers looking for something to wear. Finding a rather large shirt, she grabbed it with her as she closed the bathroom door behind her. If her high hadn’t worn off by yet, surely once the cold water hit her body it did. Wiping her face, she looked down at her feet, blinking a couple times. The water was cold but it was helping her think straight, about where she was and who she was with. This wasn’t a dream right? She was with Aliza again, after all this time? Quickly washing her body, Sam turned the faucet back to the right and dried off her body. Patting the towel over her hair, she got most of the water out of it but it was still damp. Folding the towel and leaving it on the edge of the sink, Sam made her way back to Aliza. “Hi.”
As Aliza waited for Sam to get out of the shower, she took that time to tidy up just a little bit. Not too much, because she never had the energy to do so, but enough that the two of them could find what they needed if possible. Aliza did hide the drugs, though. That was the important part. It was important that Sam didn't use anymore, even if Aliza didn't plan on stopping anytime soon. This Samantha Evans she was talking about. Everything happened too fast. Way too fucking fast. She made her way to her fridge, grabbing a beer and opening it by cracking the top off on the edge of her counter, downing it as quickly as she possible could. Aliza needed it. She needed something to take off the edge. No drugs. For now, at least. When Sam walks back into the room, Aliza sucked in a breath. It was obvious that she was more sobered up now. The wet hair brought he back to days when they would take showers together. Instead of it being sexy like it was supposed to, it was mostly them just screaming and singing and giggling way too loudly for their own good. Aliza always thought she looked so beautiful. She immediately shook those thoughts away, though. Now wasn't the time. There were more important things to do. Like talk about her being in debt. But then, she couldn't help but mummer quietly, "hey, Sammy."
Dancing In The Dark | Saliza
Part of her realized she was being dragged off by Aliza, luckily she didn’t have much more on her than her keys, wallet, and phone, which conveniently fit in the pockets of her sweat shirt. Without the music Sam wasn’t as hyper as one would say. She still felt like moving, though she didn’t have any music to help her. Her mind was constantly moving with random thoughts that she couldn’t keep track of. Whatever Aliza said went in one ear and out the other, it wasn’t uncommon for Sam to be dragged into a random car and taken away. It had happened a few times before, so strangely she wasn’t alarmed by any means.
The car ride was almost painfully quiet due to the fact that Aliza simply refused to talk. She didn't want to and the thought of hearing her voice longer than she had to? Well, it kinda fuckin' killed her. The air conditioning was too loud and she could hear the hum of the radio, gripping the steering wheel hard as her knuckles became white, trying to not get too mad at her once more. How fucking stupid. How stupid of her to come after her. She knew that she wasn't worth that, anyway. Thankfully her apartment wasn't too far away, and Aliza motioned for the blonde to get out, showing her into her apartment. It was a nice apartment for one, that was incredibly neat on the outside -- where the living room was. Her room, however.. there was only a mattress on the floor, food and old take out sprawled across the floor and joined with piles of clothes. Empty Jack Daniels bottles and little packets of coke. A little bit of molly. And in her purse, Aliza knew her weed was in there. "Welcome to my humble abode?" She asked, her voice basically dripping with sarcasm. "You should go take a shower. Get sobered up. Then talk to me."
Dancing In The Dark | Saliza
If Sam was sober she probably would’ve registered everything Aliza was saying easier. But her mind was fuzzy from her high, making music her only priority. Sure she heard what was being said to her, but she couldn’t focus on what she wanted to say back, her one track mind kept from replying to Aliza. The only thing that really clicked was when she said she was leaving. Sam stopped instantly and looked at the back of her head. “No,” She dragged the word out. “Don’t leave me.” She pleaded before latching onto Aliza’s arm. “Take me with you.”
The cold and detached part of Aliza's brain wanted to roll her eyes at the way that Sam was acting, but she couldn't. This was the girl that she had been in love with at one point and she couldn't find herself to be cold to her -- too cold, at least. "Yeah, yeah. C'mon." Aliza grabbed Sam's hand and drug her out of the house as quickly as possible. Amateurs, Aliza thought for what felt like the millionth time. These people had no money. Aliza, on the other hand... Well, she was much better off. That didn't necessarily meant she looked it, though. While she still had her curves, you could now see her ribs and her hair was then and easily broke off if tugged at hard enough. She was more pale than normal. But with make up and countless other things, she could make herself look sexy. For the job. Always for the job. "I'm takin' you to my place, 'kay?" Aliza told her, dragging her to her car and helping her in the passenger seat. It may have sounded like a question, but the tone of her voice made it come off as a demand. And it was one. There was no way in hell Aliza was leaving her here.
Dancing In The Dark | Saliza
The bass of the music could be faintly heard from the room they were in, once Aliza pulled away from her, Sam couldn’t help but make her body movie to the beat again. Moving kept her up rather than down, and Sam had seen some dark times after doing a line. She didn’t want to talk anymore, she just wanted to dance, and she wanted Aliza to dance with her. Ignoring her endless questions, Sam kept the smile on her face. Honestly she was just happy to see her, it was what all of this was about anyways.
"Are you fucking dumb?" Aliza practically yelled at her, throwing her hands up. "Like, are you fucking with me right now? Y'know why I'm here, Sam? I'm here 'cause I'm supposed to get money from you 'cause you're in debt. Wanna know what happens when you don't pay?" She paused, getting angrier as she watched the blonde dance. "I'm not gonna fuckin' dance with you right now, Jesus Christ. You're a god damned idiot for coming to look for me." Turning around even though she didn't want to leave her alone -- not again, Aliza shrugged. "Fine. I'm leaving. If you're not coming with me that's too damn bad."
Dancing In The Dark | Saliza
Though she managed to pull Aliza with her, they didn’t dance much. While Sam moved her hips to the beat of the music, Aliza just stood there, looking surprised. It made sense why she would be, but she wasn’t even a little bit happy. If Sam was sober, she probably would’ve been upset about it, but right now she didn’t care, she just wanted to dance. One moment Sam was trying to get Liza to dance with her, and the next she was pushed away from the brunette. Grabbing her wrist, Sam winced in pain slightly as she was dragged out of the room. Her head hitting against the wall as Aliza pushed her up against it. “Dancing! Duh.” A smile grew on Sam’s face, before she laughed at Aliza expression. “Oh, you mean here don’t you? Well, looking for you silly.”
Knowing that Sam was probably high out of her fucking mind, Aliza didn't expect straight answers. Or even an answer at all. When she did, though, Aliza pressed her lips in a straight line, brows furrowed. "Lookin' for me.." The brunette muttered, a shaky sigh escaping her. She didn't know what it really meant, but she still had somewhat of an idea. "Why the fuck would you do that, Sam? What the hell is wrong with you? Why are you doing drugs? Seriously... you're so fucking dumb.." Aliza trailed off, feeling her hands shake. She took a step back, already thinking of how much money she had with her. Enough to pay Sam's debt, that's for sure. "You're comin' with me. 'Kay?"
Dancing In The Dark | Saliza
Hearing her name, Sam turned around, her face lighting up. “Liza!” Sam’s body carrying her over to the girl she had been looking for. If it wasn’t for the high that was kicking in, Sam would be shocked, stunned, among other things. But right now she was just happy to see her best friend again. Wrapping her arms around the brunette she hugged her close. Pulling away from their embrace, her hands on Aliza’s arms. “It’s been so long. I didn’t think I’d see you!” Her voice more perky than it’s usual pitch. This is how Sam wanted it to play out, well not exactly. Sam didn’t exactly want to be high, and she didn’t want it to happen this far down the road. Her hands falling to the girl’s own, trying to pull her towards the center of the room. “Dance with me.” Sam pleaded.
Taken aback by the fact that Sam just dragged her with her instead of acting surprised, Aliza found herself sputtering and unable to talk. As the blonde tried to get her to dance with her, it dawned on her. Sam was the girl with the debt. This was the girl that she was supposed to be taking money from. "Fuck," Aliza muttered, pushing her off of her. "Get off of me, Sam," Ailza said quietly, eyes flickering towards the other people in the room. She didn't think they were as fucked up as the girl who was once her best friend and even more than that, her girlfriend. Grabbing Sam's wrist a little bit too harshly, Aliza dragged her out of the room and pressed her against to a wall, watching her head thud back against it. She wouldn't care, anyway. She was too fucked up to care. "What the fuck are you doing here?"
