okay but let’s talk about how pink pantheress was the reason why ice spice blew up in 2023 and is the reason why zara larsson is blowing up in 2026.
and she’s the youngest female in history to get best producer. her talent is underrated for how popular her songs are 🙏🙏

Prince Ithelia
"We learned that every Ithelia is dangerous, a broken creature that ends up hunted. We cannot change who we are.
But mortals? You choose your paths. You don't need the powers of a Daedric Prince to alter your fate. I envy this. Goodbye, pathwalker."

I posted this in a reply elsewhere, but figured I'd clear this up because I've seen LOTS of questions about this in various places. I can confirm that we did *not* kill Gabrielle off just so the player could romance Darien. Considering a very low percentage of players actually even get the option to fully romance him (with all the stuff you have to do before hand to even qualify for the path), that would be a really bad decision based on that. :)
It was done based on the specific story arcs of Solstice and the Gift of Death + other things.
Hope that helps clarify that :P
Everyone is welcome to have their own opinions on narrative choices, but honestly, I think Gabrielle's death made a lot of sense. Girl could NOT let go of Darien. I know that he did end up being instrumental to defeating Mannimarco this time around, but as Vanus and that auroran guy clarified, Darien wasn't meant to return to Nirn. Yeah, Meridia is a Daedric Prince with her own ulterior motives, so who's to say she isn't lying, but his mortal and corporeal form have already died, his death should've been left there. It's clear that "Golden Knight" quest was setting up a future conflict that will arise from Gabby bringing him back.
You can meet Gabrielle in like 3 different DLCs following Coldharbour and Summerset, and every time she's still stuck on trying to find a way to bring Darien back. Love is powerful, but it was verging on obsession, it was an unhealthy way to deal with her grief, and it's clear that this is what her arc was building to.
At the same time though I can see how people would see that as wasted character potential but that's the point. She was an incredibly intelligent mage with such a thirst for knowledge and rather than moving on with her life, she spent her time living for a man who couldn't tell her how he felt while alive.
Also, I'll never forget what she was writing about "non-standard techniques" in the three banners war, likeeee I kinda don't miss her. Let's just say, sometimes life imitates art bc old girls VA also has a penchant for war crimes...BUT please do not take that as me trying to implicate ZOS or the devs for her political opinions. I don't know what they think or endorse in their personal lives, and I am not ascribing hateful beliefs to them.
Apologies in advance if that last comment upsets some people, but her career has already suffered the consequences for her hate so I actually don't feel bad for her. One last thing, characters≠their actors, so if you like Gabby, don't take this as me knocking you.
Biggest L felt after learning an npc has feelings for another npc, or has been paired off?
Stefan Mornard and Druid Laurel
Leramil the Wise and Curate Gadayn
Gabrielle Benele and Darien Gautier
Jakarn and Crafty Lerisa
Lyris Titanborn and Sai Sahan
Razum-dar and altmer ladies*
other (feel free to explain in tags)
This is not an invitation to be hateful towards these characters! This is merely a joke poll.
*I'd like to clarify that even though Jakarn is flirty with a lot of npcs, I included him because Jakarn seemed serious (as serious as he could be anyway) about liking Crafty Lerisa. I also put Raz and his preference for altmer women cause I'm always reminded of it while playing my bosmer adhsjsjs
i prefer horny himbo jesus with my chaotic gremlin of a vestige, but alas, devs decided to rip out our hearts.
we really never thought it was possible 😭
Thoughts on ending of Season of the Worm Cult SPOILERS
Okay so I finally got around to finishing the DLC bc I decided it was more important than my final papers, and I have so many thoughts. I kinda knew a little about how it ended, like Naemon coming back, the Mannimarco/Vestige cutscene, and the ending of the "Golden Knight" quest...like once I saw that we got a fade to black romance option with Darien I had to and....
Wow, like Ive never actually experienced that sort of atmosphere before, finally we got a satisfying and unambiguous romance option in an elder scrolls game (Naryu, Raz, and Fennorian I see your future and its bright).
But I do actually want to talk about the lore implications and where they might be going with Darien, what he actually is, and how long the vestige will have him back. He mentioned a falling tower and a name shouted in a language he didn't understand, could it be Ayleid? Something even older? Are we gonna delve further into some Dawn-Merethic era, Magna-Ge shit?? I have no clue, Im even scared to discuss it bc I feel like someone who knows more than me can tell Im clueless.
As well, whatever is left of Darien's light is giving him these memories (maybe even glimpses of the future 🤔) and temporarily taking control of him, and without our bond with him, he could spiral out.
What?? Like Meridia really meant it when she said "I will admit my knight changed after it met you, though...The knight had a single purpose, but somehow you complicated matters. Now the knight actually… cares." OMG if you had told me when I first started playing ESO, that not only would Darien come back twice, but that ZOS would actually make the players connection with him have stakes, I would've felt so vindicated.
But then!!! He said that he couldn't control the light, it was unstable, but he liked it? Y'all, they're gonna make us kill him with hammers in the next DLC I swear 😭 I can see them going the Veya route with him, taking an ally of the vestige, corrupting them with power, and then having us take them down. Deadass, that's where I thought they were going with Gabrielle's character. I genuinely thought her refusal to move on from Darien was going to lead her down a darker path, but I was proven wrong, it wasn't that derivative.
Anywho though, I cannot wait to see more theories about this!! I'll certainly need to adjust my head canons about my vestige's story after all of this. My current vision is that in Darien's absence, they've moved onto Naryu or Fennorian, and that relationship will sever their bond that Vanus was talking about. Yes I'm going full love triangle, telenovela plot with this
Sex in the Hold Part 1
It would be so incredibly funny if they remastered Skyrim again for the 15th anniversary next year. It would annoy a lot of people but it would be so fucking funny you cannot deny that
I actually heard Bethesda is actually planning to have a Quinceañera for Skyrim next year!
yeah I know that's right...

Bringing this back. You should go build a wizard tower. For enrichment.
Contains various orbs and spells, gravity defying structures, several monsters and familiars, at least one wormhole, copious amounts of magi
Michael Hogan has a prolific career as an actor. He is perhaps best known for his work in Battlestar Galactica, and we in the TES community know him as the VA for General Tullius in Skyrim or as Doc in Fallout New Vegas.
In 2020, Michael suffered a traumatic brain injury, which left him unable to speak or walk amongst other serious issues.
Since then he was been slowly relearning to talk and to stand on his own. His wife Susan set up a GoFundMe which had aided them in affording Michael's care.
In her most recent update from this spring, Susan said they need a new wheelchair for Michael as his current one is falling apart.
The GoFundMe has received alot of generous support over the past five years, but is still active as its goal has not been reached.
Please consider donating if you are able.
Michael and Susan Hogan have been dear friends and neighbours of mine on Bowen Island for 20 years but … Susan Hogan needs your support for
I love TenMartha posting!!
i’ve had this playlist for a while, and i want opinions, what do you think is missing? I went for mostly 90s/2000s songs, a few 60s ones for when they were stuck in ‘69, and a couple modern ones i think fit (i’m sorry for my pinkpantheress and sza bias)
i really try to make my playlist as big as possible so i need recommendations 😵💫
People will look back on fashions 100+ years ago and think of them as frivolous, non-functional, and the result of social pressure, which has some truth but like...
Half the US is boiling alive right now in 100+ degree heat indexes, and yet how many hats do you see? How many parasols? How many hand fans? Almost none.
Because in 2025, people would rather burn than "look silly" in a wide brim hat, or come off as some old movie lady by carrying a parasol/umbrella, or daring to wave a collapsible fan under their faces.
In many ways, we are more worried about fashion and aesthetics now than we ever have been.
