CoD x Original CharacterÂ
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare IIÂ
Context: RIGHT, this is what Iâm going to do. I am extremely indecisive about which man I want to pair Frost with (âcause I simp for most of them and canât choose.) So, what Iâm going to do is in this post, write short bullet-point oneshots for each man. AND THEN, add a poll and have you people (the readers) choose which of them has the best chemistry with Frost. When I have the results, I will begin writing a more plot-based story with continuous chapters (I love angst and slow burn so-)
A/N: Iâm excited for this- The options are listed so :) (also, everyone is very ooc âcause I donât know too much about canon but I do not give a single shit.)

Ghost - âHave some respect.â
Frost walks through the base, a rhythm to his step as he plays keepy-uppy with a small pebble he found on the ground.
He doesnât see Ghost walking towards him, also not looking at what heâs going.
They end up bumping into each other, causing Ghost to drop some papers on the ground and causing Frost to lose balance slightly.
âWatch where youâre going!â Ghost grumbles.
Frost crossed his arms, âYou couldâve walked around me, yâknow? Plenty of space.â
Ghost narrows his eyes are Frost, whoâs his height and is just as big as him.
He thought that if he could intimidate this newcomer, heâd gain some sort of respect.
âI was busy looking at these. You shouldâve been more aware of your surroundings.â Ghost said, waving the papers in Frostâs face.Â
âMaybe you shouldâve been looking where you were going, yourself.â Frost grunted.
Ghost was sick of this guy's shit. From day one, Ghost thought he was far too immature and disrespectful.
And from day one, Frost thought that Ghost was uptight and just out to get him.
âYou will have some respect for your superiors.â Ghost said sternly, with a tone that sounded like he was talking to a child.
Frost scoffed and said, âRespect is a two-way street, Lieutenant.âÂ
With that, Frost walked off, hands in his pockets and humming satisfied with how he handled the conversation.
Ghost stares after him, his profound irritation only increasing as he watched Frost saunter away.
[You do not understand how much I love angsty enemies-to-lovers arcs-]
Soap - âDo the thing.â
Soap watched as Frost demonstrated hand-to-hand combat techniques to some new recruits, teaching them to further enhance their capabilities.
Soap appreciated Frostâs swiftness and his display of obvious experience and skill.
After the session was finished, Frost started walking away and Soap quickly followed.Â
âDo you have your Katanas here?â Soap asked.
He was always extremely curious about the swords.
Frost laughed and said, âYou just want to play pirates, donât you?â
Soap got defensive, âNo! No, itâs not that!â
âCan you do the thing?â
Frost got confused, â... What thing?â
âThe thing you always do. Your signature move!â
âSoap, I donât have a signature move.â At this point, Frost was confused but found Soapâs failure to properly convey what he means amusing.
âYou know, when you-â Soap then demonstrated a specific move by waving his arms in the air a bit.
Frost burst into laughter and Soap couldnât help but laugh along, knowing how ridiculous he probably looked.
âI see now, come on then.â Frost laughed and started walking to the barracks (He keeps his box under his bed).
Soap waited outside the door and when he saw Frost come back out with his Katanas, he was ecstatic.
âCome on!â Soap sort of cheered. Frost laughed and stood in front of an empty barrel.
Frost then stood focused, his vibe completely different from a second ago, his stare intense.
Soap was astounded by how fast Frost could switch up his demeanour.
Frost jumped and swung his body around, 360° kicked the barrel, then crossed his swords and sliced away horizontally, taking the top off the barrel and a perfectly straight line.
Soapâs jaw was practically on the floor. âI could watch that all day.â
Frost sighed, knowing now that every time Soap would see him, heâd ask Frost to do that.
[And yes, these two would totally play pirates with each other- A truly chaotic duo.]
Gaz - âWhat do you think of dogs?â
Gaz found himself hanging around Frost during their downtime on the base, finding Frostâs company new and different.
The way Frost talked about things was intriguing to him.
One day, while just casually talking like they usually did, Gaz had an idea.
âWhat do you think of dogs?â
âDogs?â Frost repeated.
âYeah. We have K9s, I was wondering if you wanted to see them training.â
âHell yeah, man! I love dogs. Always had them growing up.â
Gaz nodded with a smile and led Frost to the K9 training⊠place⊠thing.
When they got there, they just stood on the sidelines watching the dogs take orders.
Frost had never seen something like that before, not in person at least and he got somewhat excited.
Gaz watched Frost as he got increasingly happy over these dogs.
When the dogs were done with their training, Gaz didnât have enough time to turn to Frost before the guy disappears and reappears standing in front of the person training the dogs.
âCan I pet them?â Frost asked.
The handler was a bit shocked at the forwardness of Frostâs excited tone but nodded when they saw Gaz coming up behind Frost.
Frost immediately knelt down and began laughing as the dogs licked this friendly strangerâs face.
Gaz looked down at Frost playing with these two dogs and found himself admiring Frostâs smile.
Gaz patted one of the dogâs heads and chuckled quietly as the dog licked his hand.
Frost was still laughing, and it simply excited the dogs further.
Gaz laughed to himself when he realised that Frost had the same energy as these dogs.
But he knew that if he told Frost that, Frost would deny it and then immediately prove him right.
[Itâs giving secret admiration and neither of them knows, yâknow?]
Alejandro - âBe more careful.â
Alejandro has to patch up Frost after a rough mission.
Frost was more injured since he doesnât like using guns on the field, so heâs got a few more bullet wounds than most men.
âYouâve got a gun, why donât you use it?â Alejandro asked.
âIâm trained in close-contact fighting, what can I say?â Frost replied and then hissed at the pain as Alejandro jabbed a wound a little too hard with a sanitised cloth.
âSorry,â Alejandro mumbled, glancing at Frost before going about the task more gently.
âYou know, I admire your tactical strategies. I could never have come up with a plan like that.â Frost said.
âIâm Colonel for a reason.â Alejandro quipped with a slight smile. âBut you got badly hurt, I wouldnât call it a full success.â
âArgh, thatâs my own fault, not yours.â Frost dismissed.
âYou were one against four at one point, you understand youâre lucky to be alive?â Alejandro said, brows furrowing.
âWell, Iâm still here, so itâs fine,â Frost mumbled.
âYou should be more careful,â Alejandro grumbled, frustrated.
âWeâre in the army, Alejandro. Itâs our job to get shit done. Doesnât matter how many bullets I take, Iâm still helping people.âÂ
Alejandro pursed his lips and stopped what he was doing and considered his next words carefully.
âEvery time we lose someone, we not only lose the person but all of their experience and skills,â Alejandro said and Frost chuckled.
âLet me guess, you just want a guy with swords around to save your ass- OW!â Frost yelped as Alejandro tugged on the bandage he was tying around Frostâs arm on purpose.Â
Alejandro chuckled as Frost glared his him.
âThatâs for getting hurt.â He said.
âYeah, and youâre not helping,â Frost said before smiling slightly.
âFrost, down that alley. Weâll be able to sneak around easier in the dark,â Rudy said and Frosted nodded.
As they rounded the corner, they came across two men guarding the door of the building.
Rudy and Frost looked at each other, silently agreeing to take out one guy each.
As quietly as possible, they snuck up behind the men and as Rudy shot one man, Frost put his hand on the mouth and nose of the other, quietly slicing his throat from behind.Â
They both lay the bodies down and went back to the alleyway, waiting for Alejandro to give the signal.
But that signal never came, but the sounds of gunshots and incoherent yelling could be heard in the distance.
Rudy looked at Frost and they both ran back down the alley, crossing over different streets to go to a more tactical point.
But on their way, they came across the enemy.
As Rudy shot at people, ducking behind the wall, Frost was out in the open, slicing up men and deflecting bullets.
Even in the midst of battle, Rudy couldnât help but admire Frostâs reflexes.
When all nearby enemies had seemingly been defeated, Rudy stood up and smiled at Frost.
He didnât see what Frost saw behind him.
âDuck!â Frost yelled and without any hesitation, Rudy hit the ground.
Frost threw one of his swords at the man who had his gun aimed at Rudy from behind.
The man went down and Frost walked over, taking back his Katana.
Rudy looked at Frost with slightly wide eyes.
[Nah, âcause theyâd be so soft with each other.]
[I was going to do König too, but Iâm gonna focus on 141 for now. If someone wants to see the König/Frost chemistry, then Iâll do it.]
I will also do incorrect quotes, comics, headcanons and other more silly things with these guys because thatâs always fun :)
