I managed to do a 10 min meditation and 10 min yoga flow after I woke up, then proceeded to do skincare and get dressed to leave for work. I found some resistance inside but after I did all this, I felt better. I think this minimal routine is something that I can do on the long term, and I found it helpful to prepare myself for the day ahead.
I love the feeling of routine, the stability and the feel of grounding it gives, I just wish I could be more consistent with mine. Maybe this “minimal” approach will do the trick.
Summer is here. The days are getting longer and warmer. The sun is here to hug us and cheer us up. I felt like listening to music again today, after a while. I felt like the main character in some movie where nothing happens.
I started reading again. I picked up a book I started last year around the same time. The chapters are speaking to me completely different now.
I felt hopeful today.
