Voight couldn’t change your mind. You had confessed to the crime that your brother committed. He wasn’t ready for jail. You could handle it.
There was a knock on the interrogation room door.
“Can we get a second?” You boyfriend asked.
Voight nodded as he left the room.
“Get her out of this,” he whispered to Antonio.
“Here to put the cuffs on me?” You slightly joked. You knew there was now way he would fall for your lie.
“I don’t know what you are talking about.”
“You want to protect family? I get it, it’s what we were taught to do. Gabby went to Voight to find my shooter, I nearly fell down an elevator shaft trying to save Gabby. I get it. But you can’t just throw your life away for Y/B/N.”

You crossed your arms and stared straight into the mirror where probably the entire team was looking right back at you.
“Hey, forget about them…” Antonio kneeled down next to your chair taking your hand in his.
“Has your brother ever done anything for you? From what I’ve seen it’s a one way relationship. That’s not what’s older brother is for. Look at me and tell me he would even bat an eye as he gets off the hook for this.”
You snap your head back at him but silently gaze towards the floor.
“For the love of God, for me, for the team, and for you, don’t do this.”
“Antonio he’s my brother…” your voice cracks.
“I know, I know…” his arms engulf you into a hug as you agree to step forward and arrest your brother.
