Ultimate frisbee has the spirit of the game.

Good spirit -- if a player displays a spirit of sportsmanship, a player who is friendly, and a player who is helpful.

Bad spirit -- if a player calls rules that are irrelevant thus stopping momentum and a player who plays dirty.

the stalling occurs when a defensive player guards the offensive player, he counts 1 to 10 (stalling count) when it comes to 10 the defensive player calls “stall” and it’s a turnover for the offensive player.

Fouls -- When a player initiates contact on another player a foul occurs. When a foul disrupts possession, the play resumes as if the possession was retained. If the player committing the foul disagrees with the foul call, the play is redone.

So how is it played?

A point is scored when one team catches the disc in the opposing team's end zone.Each point begins with both teams lining up on the front of their respective end zone line.A player cannot run with the disc—it may be moved only by passing. The defense throws ("pulls") the disc to the offense. A regulation game has seven players per team. Scoring: Each time the offense completes a pass in the defense's end zone, the offense scores a point. In ultimate, an intentional foul is considered cheating and a gross offense against the spirit of sportsmanship. Often a player is in a position where it is clearly to a player's advantage to foul or commit some infraction, but that player is morally bound to abide by the rules. The integrity of Ultimate depends on each player's responsibility to uphold the spirit of the game, and this responsibility should not be taken lightly.
