JAMES:
“it’s beautiful, innit?” he said from where he was leaning over the railing to get a good look at the water and the horizon. everything about the boat and the scenery fascinated him and he was itching to see it all so he could draw it. he leaned a bit too far over the railing and nearly lost his footing. “oops,” isaiah said as he pulled back, standing a safe few feet from the side of the boat. “i suppose i shouldn’t bend over too far. it’d be tragic if i drowned on our very first day.”
“there’s always tomorrow,” she cocked a sculpted brow, retreating her line of sight from deep blue to dark hair and eyes which mirrored their horizon.
