Honestly
Why do white people try to convince people reverse racism exists?
Why do men try to convince people male oppression exists?
Why do heterosexual people try to convince people that heterophobia exists?
Why do cisgendered people try to convince people that cisphobia exists?
Why do people treat oppression like it’s a privilege or a fucking fashion accessory?
Why can these privileged people be thankful for the fact they’re privileged?
Why do we have to make ourselves out to be the victim rather than work to help the ACTUAL victims??
1) There is no such thing as “reverse racism.” There’s only “Racism.” You know, like you’re doing by identifying a different between “people” and “white people.” Your sentence is an example of racism. 2) Because it does exist. Not in an “oh woe is me we’re all oppressed” type of way… but more so of a double-standard sexist way where things are shittier for that gender due to circumstances. 3) What the fuck is “heterophobia?” The closest example I can think of (keeping in mind this isn’t a thing or a word that I’m aware of) is when SJW’s on the internet attack a straight person for being straight… Or spout the phrase “cis-male” or “cis-female” as if it’s some dirty thing. I have a few SJW transgender friends who constantly say “Fuck you cis-males” all the time. Or they constantly bitch and complain about “cis people.” – Perhaps that’s where they get this from? 4) See #3. 5) I’m just as confused on this as you are. It’s extremely annoying when Feminists self-victimize themselves and band together to victimize other women as if it’s a “triumph” that their victimization has been noticed.
6) What privileged people? Privilege is subjective regardless of gender or race.
7) That is indeed a good question. You should probably get started on helping some male rape victims and fight against some male oppression.
