Hello! My name is Claire (she/her) and I’m a 24 year old living in Washington State. My love for history and storytelling brought me to simblr, where I am now able to combine my two passions and tell stories through little pixel people <3

Wasteland Babes - a simblr story about a teenager trying to balance everyone’s expectations while finding his own identity.

my boss is exhausting me omg

#nonsims #she’s very nice and super friendly and supportive #but her communication is not good #she’s trying to transition a task that makes up like 40% of my workload to a different team?#like a team that works for national so not a team we’ve already been paying #like a team that would come out of our budget #and there’s no reason to do this???#if we all manage our time we should have it completely under control #which one of us does #(guess which one…)#but unless they have a bunch of other things they plan on dumping on us they’re just taking our work??#which i guess i should be glad about because less work #but the only time i would appreciate it is when we’re slammed in september #any other time of year this means i will be BORED because something i could count on to take up at least a few hours a week will be gone #and the wackiest part is that none of us knew??#at first i figured my coworker who did nothing was pushing for something like this #but she doesn’t think it’s a good idea either #like listen… if you take away the task that takes up the most time for all of us #and suddenly we only have like 15-20 hours of work to do in a 40 hour week…#then why the hell are you paying three of us?#if we aren’t doing records then i could so easily do the job of all three of us #I DON’T WANT TO #but my point is there’s no justifying three registrars if there’s only enough work for one or MAYBE two

ughhh i love paralives and i love that people are so involved with it!! but i’m so bummed that i wound up hitting a major arc in wasteland babes right at this moment because nobody is out here thinking about sims 🫠
