Purpose
The primary objective of this research is to identify factors contributing to student dissatisfaction with the canteen services. The study seeks to understand how price and portion size affect student perceptions of the canteen's value, impacting their overall satisfaction.
Description
This research utilizes a quantitative, correlational research design to examine the relationship between food prices, portion sizes, and student satisfaction. A survey will be administered to a stratified random sample of 10 students from various sections to collect data on their satisfaction levels, demographics, and opinions on the price-product balance.
