How to manifest any apperance change (only guide you’ll need)
Me when I found out that abracadabra means “I create as I speak” in the ancient language and I begin to wonder why society has reduced it to a word of funny entertainment but then I remember the government is bad and I lowkirkenuinly reach shift state

the only void state subliminal ever
music version (addison rae’s songs): here it is. calm version: here it is.
i’m here to present you a little sweet treat: an ultimate void state subliminal i originally made purely for myself, but ultimately decided to share with you.
back in 2024 i was a submaker and, i must say, quite a successful one. during june through january of this same year i was able to reach 3,500+ followers (now i have 4,000, what an absolute insanity!! i’m so grateful!!) and collect an endless amount of success stories that i still receive to this day, so i’m a certified good submaker ig lol. i’m kitting ofc. but since my subliminals are safe and can be used by anyone, i might actually be good enough.
this is essentially a void state subliminal with a little extra for lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis, manifesting, shifting and more. it’s 18:18 long. pretty long. i know. but if you can’t listen it fully, you can listen to just around 6 minutes, since the longest layer’s (the second one’s) affirmations repeat 3 times.
i crafted this subliminal with my best formula from 2024: the formula is called DMD (dear manipulative diary). it consists of three layers: the first repeats “i am” on a loop, the second is a full set of affirmations structured around my BS1 (blessing spell 1) formula and the third is a “dear diary” style affirmation that weaves everything together in diary entry form, using manipulative constructions targeting the subconscious from both “i” and “you” angles. each layer features different voice and speed. on top of that, it’s layered with powerful subliminal boosters by absolute power subliminals (i & ii), morphic fields and a 432hz frequency “attract your highest self” meditation sound as the cherry on top. this formula has brought many results for a lot of people, so i hope it does the same for you and me this time too. i hope you’ll enjoy it! love ya!! xox 💋💋💋
Idk what GRRM did to me but I literally CANNOT stop thing about asoiaf. This is twisted. Especially sothoryos, I'm literally dreaming about sothoryos. May be posting about another asoiaf dr very soon 😮💨
Why do people usually enter the void state by focusing on their breathing? Why does it help?
Why do we do breathe exercises to enter the void state or any SATS state?
That's a really good question.
Normally, our heart rate and stress responses are regulated by the autonomic nervous system. meaning we don't have to think about them. Breathing is unique because its both automatic and voluntary. Slow, deep, rhythmic breathing (especially with long exhales) stimulates our nerves and this makes our heart rate drop and let go the muscle tension.
Also it has everything to do with the brain waves, unregulated breathing keeps our brain in high beta waves (alert and anxious). Deep breathing on the other hand puts our brainwaves into alpha and theta (relaxed to deep trance), which is the exact brain state required for deep altered mind states.
Usually when we meditate our mind’s tendency is to wander into thoughts, worries, or bodily sensations. (Like tingling or itching). Breathing makes you focus on it to stop thinking about random sensations or thoughts. Also it prevents you from falling asleep while putting your body into a relaxed and sleepy state (thus MABA)
Pure consciousness (also called the "I AM" state or Samadhi) is the experience of awareness existing without identification with the body, personality, or thoughts (or ego) As breathing becomes deeper, sensory input from the physical world fades away. ♡
“Omg, I love these! They go up to size 6X AND they have pockets?! Wow!! But do you have anything longer?”
Sure do, no problem!!
“YES these are great!!! But what about.. longer?”
I gotcha!! Comin’ right up!
"Now that's what I'm talkin' about! But... how about if I'm feeling like it's the kinda day where I need my clothing to be bifurcated???"
Never fear, joggers are here!

the whimsiness of shifting (a.k.a a guide on how to bring the fun back into ur shifting journey)
shifting is whimsy. shifting is one minute consuming a piece of media the next, searching all over the internet for script templates for (insert media); shifting is scripting the little things about ur dr s/o that has u giggling and kicking ur feet thinking about it; shifting is joining shifting discord servers and gcs and just exchanging dr info with people who wholeheartedly share the same love for shifting as you do; shifting is buying things (e.g. perfumes) that reminds you of things from ur dr and helps u connect even more on another level;
shifting is staying up till the morning chickens start cuckooing their natural alarms reading fanfics about your dr s/o and scripting more scenarios to ur dr script; shifting is feeling upset & unmotivated one day and knowing that there are thousands of people who have probably felt the same emotions as u are currently and posted shifting storytimes as a sign that you too can shift; shifting is the gateway to living multiple different lives, all with different stories, people to meet, etc;
shifting is what u make it; shifting is personalised; shifting is you doing what YOU want to do rather than other people telling u what to do; shifting is giving u choices where u felt lack of freedom was permanently painted onto your life; shifting is to be able to love freely; shifting is waking up in ur dr one day and realising that all ur tears, frustrations, hopes and dreams all lead to this very moment and it is indeed real
how to actually induce the void state ◟﹒ʚɞ
when you look at how people describe the void, there is very little agreement. some people say it is pure awareness. others say it is a deep meditative state. some describe it as mind awake, body asleep. others describe it as a completely different reality. some people experience darkness, while others experience light, colors, or even a completely customizable environment.
if all of these experiences are different, then what is actually constant?
the constant is not the void itself. the constant is awareness. regardless of how someone defines the void, they are still aware of it. they are aware of the darkness. aware of the formlessness. aware of the sensation. aware of the belief they have about it. even the statement “i entered the void” is something that is known afterwards.
this is why i find awareness more fundamental than the void. people disagree endlessly about what the void is, but nobody can deny the fact that the experience is being known.
that also changed the way i think about “inducing” the void.
most people approach it as if they need to force themselves into a special state. they try harder, affirm harder, concentrate harder, and end up turning the void into another goal to chase.
but if awareness is already present, then what exactly are you trying to reach?
ironically, many of the stories i’ve read from people who claim to have entered the void involve them relaxing, letting go, falling asleep, meditating, or simply stopping the struggle for a moment.
that’s why i think the biggest obstacle is often the belief that the void is somewhere else.
whether you use affirmations, meditation, subliminals, self-inquiry, SATS, or no method at all, every approach seems to point back to the same thing: becoming less focused on chasing an experience and more aware of what is already here.
i’m not saying the void doesn’t exist. clearly people have experiences that they call the void.
i’m simply questioning whether the void is the foundation itself or whether it is another experience appearing within the foundation.
because no matter what conclusion i arrive at, one thing always remains: the experience is being known.
and that fact always leads me back to awareness. 🧁
I love this post it is a masterpiece!
F10/ Hypnagogic state trick
Thomas Edison used this trick where he’d sit with metal balls in his hands over a tray, let himself drift off just enough to drop them, and when the sound woke him up, his brain would be in that dreamy in-between state where his best ideas came through.
The state he tapped into is called the hypnagogic state, that weird space between being awake and asleep where your conscious mind quiets down and your subconscious finally gets a chance to speak.
It’s the same mental space where you get your best ideas in the shower, when you’re zoning out while driving, or right before falling asleep and your brain starts connecting random things in a way that suddenly makes perfect sense.
Dalí did it too with a key, and Einstein had his own method, because they all understood that you don’t find genius by thinking harder, you find it by letting go and slipping into that flow state. The reason your best ideas don’t show up at your desk while you’re stressing is because you’re trying to solve something nonlinear with a mind that’s stuck in structure, fear, and noise.
They used this state to come up with revolutionary ideas like Edison’s lightbulb, Dalí’s surrealist visions, and Einstein’s theory of relativity because it’s where the mind is most open and free-flowing.
It’s not just for inventors though, because that same state is where you can shift realities, manifest outcomes, and reprogram your subconscious when it’s most suggestible.
You don’t need to sit upright like Edison did because what I do is lie down normally and lift one arm at a 90-degree angle while I’m falling asleep, and when it naturally drops, that little jolt wakes me up just enough to catch myself in that state and focus my intention.
Anyway this took me back to 2023 when I was practicing with the Monroe Institute and using this specific guide I honestly recommend reading it because it explains everything better than I ever could.
in short the Monroe Institute is a research center founded by Robert Monroe that studies human consciousness using sound frequencies to access altered states.
Focus 10 is a mental state where your body is fully asleep but your mind stays awake and alert which makes it ideal for deep subconscious work and out-of-body experiences.
And yes the CIA studied Monroe’s methods but they didn’t create them or confirm anything supernatural they just experimented with his existing work.Just because the CIA mentions something doesn’t make it truth so always go to the original source.
I personally don’t care much about the CIA documents because they only scratched the surface. I recommend reading Robert Monroe’s books or watching his videos directly because his explanations are clearer and more in-depth, and he’s who they based the documents of.
He also collaborated with Thomas Campbell, a physicist who later wrote the trilogy My Big TOE and he now teaches people how to shift into different realities based on a model of consciousness he developed through direct experience! Good luck :)
an old shifting method i made that i found in my notes app !! ₍ᐢ. .ᐢ₎
i wrote this up months ago for a friend because i had made this kind of ***needlessly lengthy*** method up out of boredom while falling asleep. i can’t recall what exactly the results were that made this one so important to me; it was either because i minishifted with it or had a lucid dream i nearly shifted from after doing it ??? but it got swallowed up by my 200 billion other notes & i completely forgot about it til i stumbled across it recently, so i thought you guys might want to try it too ♡ i think this is good for people who don’t understand how to/aren’t yet comfortable with turning the idea of shifting awareness into actual action, and want some practice with that !! it’s like a 3-in-1 practice & meditation & method (basically this post reimagined) !!!!
read this disclaimer !!!!!!!!!! you literally do not need a method to shift. i’ve shifted without methods. you don’t need this many steps. you don’t have to stay still when shifting. you don’t need to do all this. it’s all up to personal preference. this is most ideal for shifters struggling with what i mentioned in the above paragraph. the best part of shifting is that it’s personal and customizable !! so do as much or as little as you want. it all works
1. (optional) i put a song on loop that has lots of layered sounds (think beach house, magdelena bay, lorde, imogen heap, etc) so i could use it as an anchor. you can listen for individual details in the song that you haven’t really noticed before and it’ll help you focus on something while you start to relax. you could also do this with white noise or a subliminal or something similar, but if i did that i’d personally get way too bored and fall asleep. you can move if you want during the rest of this, but i limited my movement as much as possible so i could reach a body asleep, mind awake state.
2. so as we know shifting at its core is moving your awareness to another reality, which sounds really difficult, but you shift your awareness a lot in every day life, so that’s essentially what this step is in bite sized pieces. i did this in a body-scan type of way to start. place your awareness on your feet first, what they’re touching, if theyre cold, however they feel. then move up and place your awareness on your calves, then your knees, your thighs, etc. etc. til you’ve made it to the top of your head.
3. from there you’re gonna do it in a completely random order, so likeee from your fingers, then to your nose, then to your knees, etc. etc. til you feel you can comfortably and easily do it.
4. once you’ve finished that, bring your awareness back to whatever noise surrounds you. you’ll realize that whenever you moved your awareness to a different part of your body, you didn’t even feel the rest of it. and you also probably didn’t notice the noise you were listening to/that was surrounding you until you brought your attention back to it. (steps 1-4 are loosely inspired by SSILD)
5. start affirming that you’re in the void or your dr until you shift or fall asleep. things like “i am not tethered to this body” and “i am pure consciousness” and “i am already exactly where i want to be” etc. it also helps to affirm in ways that fit where you’re shifting to. like “my alarm for [thing in your dr] is going to go off any minute now” or “i think i can hear [person/thing from your dr].” really get into the mindset of your dr self and someone who has already shifted because that’s really the only “key” (because you guys seem to love that word) that there is. you’re in your dr now, so think like it.
6. have fun in your dr lolz
how i hypnotize myself to shift
it's finals season for me, which naturally means i'm doing everything but studying. so, today, when i was taking a study break, i was suddenly struck by an idea: what if i just hypnotized myself to shift? if it works in movies, it might as well work in real life!
i pulled up a hypnosis spiral video, muted it, put on my noise canceling headphones, and just watched it. for 30 minutes, i sat there and did nothing but watch the spiral on my screen, sometimes crossing my eyes, sometimes spacing out, sometimes really focusing on the center, and through it all, i just kept doing shifting robotic affirmations, like "i can shift on command," "i trust in my ability to shift," "i am a master shifter," etc.
the first 15 minutes honestly just flew by as i kept affirming, i thought it'd been at most 5 minutes, but when i checked, triple that time had already passed. around that mark, i started to get really bored, so i just doubled down on my affirmations, still watching my screen ceaselessly.
around 5 minutes later (20 minutes into just watching the hypnosis video on my screen in silence), my brain began to feel muffled? i don't even know how else to describe it, it just sort of began to feel uncomfortable, and then it went really quiet, and all i could hear were my affirmations in my head.
when those 30 minutes were up, i felt like i'd been in such a trance, i got a little bit startled, even. i'm not sure if it's because of the visual stimulus, but it was easier to completely focus on my affirmations without getting distracted or having my thoughts drift, so if you sometimes struggle with focusing on robotic affirming and you have some time to spare, i definitely recommend this! i might start doing it every night before bed when i'm already sleepy :)
happy shifting!!

Whimsical Shifting Methods
These are methods that I personally made!! If they resemble methods that already exist it is purely coincidental. I've also talked about these on reddit as well.
Disclaimer! Don't try the first one if you are prone to fainting or get vertigo.
The Spinning method
For this method you'll need:
A safe open area to spin around in with a bed or chair nearby. A pair of headphones (optional).
Begin by spinning around in place. Basically twirling yourself in a circle like we used to as kids. You can spin for up to a minute or as long as it takes for you to get dizzy. Either close your eyes or leave them open and watch the world blur into one around you.
I usually listen to some floaty music just for added whimsy.
Once you feel dizzy enough, sit or lay down and close your eyes, you can also keep them open if you want to see your reality morph around you.
Don't try to shift by affirming or visualising. Suggest to yourself that your DR is spinning around you. It is spinning into form. Think of where you're sitting/laying in your DR and since you're disoriented it would be easier to do so.
Open your eyes once it feels right and you're there.
Why this works: You are disoriented and your brain is preoccupied with steadying itself so it kind of shocks your brain into shifting instantly. Doubts don't have time to form either because your brain is all confused, it thinks "oh... is that where we are?" And your awareness recalibrates to be in your DR. By the time you feel "normal" you're already in your DR.
Alternatively:
If you kept your eyes open you could also just shift whilst spinning. Focus on reality blurring around you and suggest to yourself that it is blurring into your DR.
The Taste Method
This method came to me in a dream.
For this method you'll need:
Any consumable food or drink that you can eat with your eyes closed. Think chips, a cup of coffee, maybe cereal. It helps if its something you eat in your DR but its not required.
Start eating your food in a place you won't be disturbed. Maybe sipping tea by a windowsill or eating chips on your bed.
Close your eyes and begin to focus on the feeling of eating/drinking. The crunch in your mouth or the warmth of the beverage soothing your throat. Savour it and hone in on it. This acts as an anchor.
Suggest to yourself that you are eating this food in your DR. Feel the room around you as if it were a room in your DR. No need to visualise or put in effort, just accept this thought.
Immerse yourself in this idea. Think about what you'll do after you finish eating/drinking. Any appointments you have in your DR, any chores you need to do. Tell yourself you'll do them after you finish this, right now you want some peace of mind (like how you would in this reality). Relate this food or drink to someone/something in your DR. "___ would love this flavour." Or "___ would scold me for eating this." Or even "I should make some of this for ___." Just really immerse yourself in enjoying this food/drink.
You could either shift while eating or after. If you open your eyes to your CR then tell yourself that you had been in your DR just now when you were eating/drinking, you just didn't open your eyes to see it.
Why this works: Your brain feels safe while eating. Even if you feel anxious while shifting, your brain doesn't really notice you are, because its preoccupied. Also the sensory experience of eating and drinking acts as an anchor. You're focusing on this one thing and shifting is happening in the background so you don't micromanage and sabotage yourself out of fear or doubt. In that moment, your main focus is to savour the food; you just happen to be in your DR while doing it.
get your desires by doing things you actually enjoy
this is just a fun method, it’s not mandatory!! the only reason this works is because you decided it does!!
this is basically like a placebo effect - assume that whatever you like doing helps you get what you want!! let’s say, anytime you listen to your favorite artist, you manifest/shift/induce the void 1000x faster
this can also work for literally anything else:
anytime you eat your fave food, you have your desired body
anytime you drink water (or whatever drink you like), your skin gets clearer
anytime you read your fave book, or do your favorite activity, you get whatever it is that you want instantly
manifestation is boring in itself, so make it fun!!
