Truscum believe it’s a neurological medical condition. Being that it presents clinically significant symptoms and it often requires medical treatment to improve quality of life, it’s pretty hard to argue it isn’t a medical condition.
Gender dysphoria is a disorder, but being transgender is not
Clinically significant gender/sex dysphoria is the symptom of the greater condition itself, being that one cannot be transsexual without it. It simply does not make sense that someone can be a transsexual while completely and totally comfortable with their sex and sex characteristics. People who do not have dysphoria and ID as a transsexual are usually: 1. actually dysphoric, quite commonly not knowing until they experience euphoria from dysphoria relief; 2. Relating their gender non-conformity to being transgender.
I think you’re coming from a perspective where transsexualism being a medical condition would be a bad thing, when it isn’t.

but like no tho. I’m not gonna be a dick to you because you identify as a plant or something but this isn’t a thing, like at all. And things like this make it harder for trans and nonbinary people to get validation because people see otherkin and think that it’s the same as nonbinary
