i think its a good idea to put it somewhere, just to let others know. (some poc are not comfortable following/being followed by white people) i dont think you should make a big deal of it though, but it should be noticeable.

its ok to take breaks from your discourse blog, or to be inactive, or to simply not reblog/comment on things.

being in constant arguments is exhausting, and can drain your mental health quickly. you choose what you want to discuss, not anyone else.

please remember that while its good to get your opinions put out there in (somewhat) anonymous settings, sometimes you also need to sit down with a blanket and just remember to breathe.
