It me
Well after several years of work, heart tear down and rebuild, I’m being more of what I’ve always dreamed of. I’m a dad with friends who care about me and support me, I work on race car engines, and am practicing judo and jiu jitsu!

Life happens and you make it so
There’s too much to put in a post but let’s put it this way.
Just minutes before New Year’e Eve I decided that some things were more important than others and found myself without a car, “job/work”, broke, fighting everything and letting myself get depressed over failure. I had gone from feeling that life could only get better to not finding the will to live.
Condensed in 2 months everything was both getting better and worse at the same time.
Once I remembered that failure is a good thing, that my decisions are my own, everything is my fault, and that I am living for my own expectations and no one else’s, I was able to take back control of my life and manifest what I want it to be.
Things aren’t “the way they use to be” but work, a car, and purpose are happening on my terms. It may not be instant, but surely.
Right now I am focusing on what I I can and want to do. It’s hard. It’s painful. I sometime feel like I don’t know what happens next.
For now I’m helping friends and giving back to the San Antonio creative community by putting on a two day music and art festival. It’s a of work and I look forward to the end result and what happens after that as well.
There’s so many wonderful people I’ve met.
I’m super grateful for life and what it can be.
Here’s a funny picture of me with my friends working on what we love.
Street art by Farid Rueda
“Whisky, Street Art and Spirituality”
Farid Rueda was listed as one of the top 15 street artists in Mexico by Buzzfeed in July 2015. He has brought colors to the streets in Mexico and to the galleries around the world. However, just a year ago his work has a completely different style – something you would expect walking along the dark walls of Berlin perhaps.
