Charity Drive for Stand Up to Cancer in memory of Robin

We’ve set up a charity drive in memory of Robin. It will benefit Stand Up to Cancer.

We are still planning on doing Drop4Drop for Harry’s bday drive, but I’m going to speak to our coordinator about having the funds go directly to a specific project like “Robin’s Well” - i.e., we’ll fund a well and name it in Robin’s honor. Drop4Drop was still on-boarding with Just Giving so I’ll check on their status, too.

my heart breaks for harry and his family. nobody deserves to lose a loved one; the pain is indescribable. i may not have known him personally, but there’s no doubt robin was an amazing man. he raised harry and gemma like they were his own and supported them and loved them through and through. may his beautiful soul rest in peace, and my deepest condolences go out to the styles/twist family.

I’m just so sad thinking about how both Anne and Jay found love again later in life, and both had men around them who took in their kids as their own, and they made blending families look easy. Then they both got married again not long ago, and for Jay and Robin to pass away from cancer, in what should have been long lives with their partners is just not fair. I can’t imagine what these families have been through. Fuck cancer. RIP Robin. Your humor, wit, and love for the Styles family will be greatly missed.
