i feel like the music video is hinting hard at the order of the next rerecordings:

first, speak now of course

1) the purple butterfly

2) 3 dark figures on the book

3) purple sand in the hourglass

but then 1989 next:

1) blue butterflies after the purple one

2) the close headshot after the hourglass scene looks a lot like the blank space mv and make up (especially with the hourglass as the sunglasses)

3) blue dress on olivia

4) blue fingernails on the left hand when she holds the coffee

and then there’s reputation

1) her make up and hair in the hell-scene

2) the right thumb is black in the last scene

the debut vinyl in the beginning throws me off a bit but i guess that’s the frame of the video and the place she returns to at the end, soo it’s where she started her career and where she’ll end the rerecordings journey?
