Possibly the funniest thing ever about going from an extremely conservative to an extremely okay environment fast is the whiplash I get at things like

"Hey Y friend, can you participate in the sleepover"

"Oh, no, my parents won't let me because T(trans guy friend) will be there and they don't allow sleepovers with guys"

Because in my mind im REELING and so happy T is in this environment and also really glad I am too, because 2 years ago I would have had to hear a lot of shit instead of "cant do sleepovers with guys"

Being chronically ill can vary in so many different ways, but the one consensus I typically see is that we're all being held together by duct tape and spite.

Hey, serious warning here for everyone:

If you have any kind of pain that isn't a one time thing in your back or legs, go see about that shit. Immediately.

I spent years thinking some pulls here and there might be from sitting wrong, bad posture or just sleeping in a bad position. That too, about knee pain.

Turns out I have my entire lombar cervical spine full of hernias, a degenerative thing going on that is about 50 years too early, and so muxh inflammation in my knee that there's stuck liquid in there.

THE NORMAL AMOUNT OF PAIN IS ZERO!

If you are anything like me, and once even daydreamed of finding out theres something wrong with you to justify the pain, or even wondered if you are just weak because you cannot just get up and do it like everyone else, PLEASE FOR FUCKS SAKE GO DO SOME EXAMS.

You should not be in pain every day or every other day, i promise you. Your back is not supposed to feel stiff even without much stretching.
