Oh my heart..this is when the tramp realizes that the flower girl is blind, he is mesmerized by her beauty, she is treating him with kindness where as a tramp most people disregard him.

Charlie Chaplin shot the scene where the tramp and the blind girl meet 342 times, as he could not find a satisfactory way of showing that the blind girl believes  the tramp wealthy.
