Alright so starters, yes it's probably a reference. We all know how much the Way brothers like Radiohead (ahem, Mikey selling bootlegged Disney movies for ticket money).
Second, lots of MCR stuff is references to different things to the point where it's no longer funny. (Sidenote: Kobra Kid's jacket has an 03 patch on it.
