Lordie, I love this little character. #babygirl #firstborn #momlife #lovemygirls (at South Austin)
It's such a pretty #texas🇨🇱 day that we couldn't stay in. So #mygirls and I took my long walk with the Bubbas, which of course includes a stop at the church playground. #momlife #gettingmyworkoutin #yayfallweather (at El Buen Samaritano)
Some days I'm a "cereal for lunch" kinda girl. But today was a "I'm channeling Julia Childs" kinda day. Sausage with baked apples and homemade chamomile honey bread. #bakingbetty #momlife #lunchtime #simpleandsweet (at South Austin)
Toddlers and tea cups
Why? Why does my 19 month old daughter insist on stealing my cup!
Coffee, tea, water, and yes even the wine glass has been snatched from the nimble fingers of our toddler.
For some reason, she believes that our cups are magical vessels of deliciousness while her cups, which have been painstakingly picked out for her through hours of unnecessary mom search, sit on the table or floor mocking me.
Maybe I've been at home to long, as I am the first to admit that cabin fever has become a serious problem for me, but I don't remember this being a issue with my oldest daughter. The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that my oldest didn't drink anything at all. That is of course ridiculous, because I wouldn't have not given her juice and such. But for the life of me I can't remember. Just one more sign that I may, in fact, be going mad.
Sometimes the hardest part of starting over is knowing where to begin.
