A journey...
There are just over 150 days until the end of the year - this seems a brilliant time frame to made a deep and measured change.
I’m going to undertake 3 daily tasks.
- Top 5 of the day... a list of positive things that have happened every day
- A minimum of 30 mins daily exercise
- A list of 3 “must do” things for the next day.
I plan to schedule the time till the end of the year to try and streamline life and make as many things auto pilot as possible.
