As almost everyone has I recently watched and began reading “ To all the boys I’ve loved before” and I honestly think that writing about all the men in my life that I have loved romantically or not, would be cathartic. I think I may follow suit. So many things Ive never said that are just in my head that I think need to be written down.

I typically HATE romcoms but this one struck a cord. it was cute but also made me realize a lot about myself.

A lot of time I will write out paragraphs on paragraphs of how I feel, things I need to change, and most importantly calling out people who have hurt me on what they have done. Unfortunately, I end up deleting almost everything I write because I don’t think anyone would care to read it. Maybe that ok. I don’t need people to validate my feelings or to even accept their wrong, but wrapping my feelings in a smile and pretending that I can not and will not be hurt is exhausting.

So I think I’m going to start shouting into the void again. maybe i’ll be heard maybe I won’t- either way I need an outlet for these feelings, and more importantly I think this will push me to hold people accountable.

First time being on Tumblr in a little under a year...... holy shit it feels weird, almost like I've entered the secret underbelly.

Now this isn’t just me, though. These are common signs to be on the lookout for in your friends and family who are struggling with depression. Stay safe. Stay aware.
