I’m currently majoring in psychology to hopefully become a marriage counselor. There’s a Harvard study that shows the positive effects of loving someone. Love has its ups and downs, such as high stress when first entering a relationship. But when someone is in love, their brain sends a rush of dopamine to their brain. The feeling of love COMPLETELY stops the pathway that negative emotions feed into your brain! What I’m trying to say is that there are more important things to fuss about than who someone loves; especially when a long, loving relationship actively improves mental health. Happy pride month, you all matter 💞!

mine is that I personally like pillow shading 😅 if you’re going for realism, yeah it’s not the best. But sometimes I don’t want to think about light sources and planes of the face and body. Pillow shading gives such a soft look too!

So I tried creating the antithesis of my usual storylines and drawing style…and I love them so much (there are more characters I just don’t have good drawings of them 🤧)

basically in a future apocalyptic world, a newly popular medication for migraines had a flaw, basically making the receptors connected to the brain go immediately violent when they see a human face. Survivors do different things to make themselves look inhuman; dye their hair, shave their eyebrows, paint their faces, or hide with hoods and masks.

I think a very underrated couple trope is scientist X experiment/medical anomaly and when they’re falling in love the scientist is freaking out over “Am I in love with the absurdity of their existence and the multiple hypotheses that could be derived from them OR am I in love with them?”

Like yes show me your hyper fixation on your area of study and your love for your S/O!!!!
