Meal Dump.

Been taking photos of meals I eat recently. Helps to look back and see if you've been healthy or not during a busy week.

I've been trying to cut out fried foods entirely. Japan eats too much of that crap. I mean...it's great... but yeah.

Been cooking again and more often. Ignoring the siren call of UberEats and local takeaway is not easy.
