Thank you for asking about judetrent, the OG Jude ship! There's not enough judetrent lovers out there especially now that other ships are taking over because of the WC and Tuchel decided to be an idiot and leave Trent at home, people unfortunately completely overlooked Jude's actual husband that is waiting for him back in Madrid.
Let me say that I'm not the best at writing down a timeline of their relationship but I'll try my best.
Jude had his first start for the England senior team in 2020 and in one of his interviews he's said that Trent was one of the first people to welcome him into the squad and that's how their friendship started. Look at baby Judetrent!
They got closer during the international breaks especially during the World Cup in Qatar 2022, they even went on dates and midnight strolls together
They also had their own little clique with Jordan Henderson and James Maddison called the Sheriffs (I know it's very silly)
I personally think the period in which they actually became super close was at the Euros in 2024. I think it was a hard time for both of them, for Trent because he was benched a lot by Southgate and for Jude because he got scrutinized by every little thing he did, so they supported each other a lot during the tournament. There are also multiple interviews where Trent says that he was talking to Jude a lot about what was going through his mind at the time and about "his moment".
Also any videos you watch from that camp they were glued to each others side's or like Josh Denzel said in that Lions Den video "they were inseparable".
For anyone getting into judetrent you have to see the lions den video for the judetrent lore because they basically argue like an old married couple and you can see how well they know each other, it's a must watch at this point, it's also where "you're a sore loser bro" comes from lol
