Itās been anything but an ordinary year. Iāve never done as much reflection in my life. And let me tell you: itās effing painful shit. Being burned out then finding my fire again, feeling a lot shame then changing my inner dialogue, searching for more peace and getting way more than I expected, holding space for myself, and allowing room for hope without mocking it. Itās a lot of work. On top of work. But Iām so grateful to have the space to do that because I donāt think the generations before me had that luxury. 2021 had one more lesson to teach me and itās the perfect button to this year for me.
