فندق الشعراء : أحد مشاريع ابراهيم بن عبدالكريم الصعب الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري في المملكة العربية السعودية واليونان ومصر ولبنان والبحرين منذ عام 1975م مما أكسبها الخبرة الكافية لتقديم الخدمات بأفضل جودة ممكنة . تفاصيل الفندق يُطلّ هذا الفندق الأنيق على جبل ثهلان المشهور عالميا ، ويقع مدخل قرية الشعراء التراثية ويبعُد مسافة 25 كيلومتر عن "محافظة الدوادمي و15 كيلومتر عن "المطار". تتميّز الغرف الأنيقة بنوافذ كبيرة ويوفّر معظمها إطلالات على جبل ثهلان، فضلاً عن أجهزة تلفزيون بشاشات مسطّحة وثلاجات صغيرة. وتضمّ الأجنحة كل المزايا السابقة بالإضافة إلى مساحات للجلوس. وتتوفّر الخدمة طوال أيام الأسبوع. يتوفّر في الفندق جلسة في الهواء الطلق وصالة مناسبات. انا اعمل في التطوير العقاري ويجب ان اكون دائم الإطلاع على التطور العقاري والتطور الهندسي والتكنلوجي في مجال العمران في السابق كنت أقوم بعمل هذا الشئ بالسيارة ولكن بعد فضل الله تبارك وتعالى علي اصبحت أقوم بهذا العمل بالدراجة الهوائية. استطعت اليوم قطع خمسين كم في ثلاث ساعات ونصف وكانت تجربة جديدة في قطع طريق الملك فهد الى طريق تركي الأول وكان فيها مخاطرة ولكن الله سبحانه سلمني. In the past, I used to do this thing by car, but after the grace of God blessed and exalted, I started doing this work by bicycle. Today I was able to travel fifty kilometers in three and a half hours, and it was a new experience in cutting the King Fahd road to the first Turkish road, and it was a risk, but God Almighty gave me peace.
