See the thing about these two is that if you showed this gifset to a stranger and said they were madly in love - a couple, soulmates; call it what you will - it seems believable. Their fame and identities wouldn’t come into play. You could fool people with this sort of affection. Body language plays an important part in communication, after all.

Second option(what I think): It’s really just a few seconds. So if you don’t listen to it carefully, you will miss it with a high possibility. That’s why I think this message was just for VIP, who truely care about every word in BIGBANG’s songs. So he was being honest about the reason why he fails at his (love) relationships.
