Love this mug and this time to just sit and reflect. One of these days I won't have to worry about a "9-5" job and can just wake up and CREATE and make things that make me and others happy and be able to make a living doing it. There's a Cookie Exchange that Hannah and I are going to attend tomorrow. We needed to each bring 5 dozen cookies. I've been swamped so I employed my daughter @tmoneymo to make mine. Then @gnarlywavess14 Got the same idea and is paying her too. She cranked them out like nothing!! I tasted a sample and it was excellent! Thanks mamas!!

I didn't even groan when I saw all the running/cardio, but I was groaning after a round of jump roping because of my dang sciatic nerve pain. 😰 Oh well. Still thankful I got my WOD in! 🏋🏽 #fitonefoundation

Not just my MCM, but he's my man crush everyday!! I'm so proud of this guy that's pictured here on this longboard. I took this tonight while he was out playing with our two youngest. The day after my birthday, I came home to find this adorable package delivered to my door. The outside of the package said HAPPY MAIL and was perfectly blinged out with glitter tape and more. When I opened it and saw what it was, hot tears immediately came to my eyes. I knew exactly what it was. Thank you so very much @erincunninghambruce for showing me love this way. Thank you @mycolorfullifeshop for creating such a beautiful piece. It's a lovely wood sign designed by Erin and created by Bethany. Totally first class, professional and definitely unique. The story is this: A couple years back, I was dealing with some really tough things. A dear friend of mine and I were talking and sharing and she suggested that I read through this "gem personality" test that was developed by Dani Johnson. This test really helped me to understand myself as well as some others that I was dealing with. Well I read through the list of gems and descriptions and knew for sure I was a PEARL. No doubt. My friend and a few others who know me well read through, and without prompting, also said PEARL. Normally, it wouldn't be such a big deal, but doing this and also the Meyers-Briggs test really helped me through a dark time in my life. I even did a double page spread in my {he}art journal about it It is beyond touching to me that a couple years later, this dear friend would have this made for me. She wrestled with choosing the perfect gift - the color, the theme, design and words. Such a treasure. More meaning behind this than I can even explain. When someone DOES love you back the way you love them, it is truly a gift. Thankful that I have a few of those gems in my life. 💗💗

Super long day at work and straight the my Box @fitone_foundation from there. Great workout followed by everyone present singing to me as I awkwardly stood in front of them on a box. It was awful and amazing at the same time. Then I came home and chilled for a bit as I read one wonderful post after the other from friends and family far and near. I had a great weekend with this cutie and her sister and her besties. We wanted to celebrate her Sweet 16 what ever way she wanted and she preferred a laid-back time with just a few of her closest friends rather than a big party. I like that she knows what she wants.
