It only took me 15 months 😒 to complete the online classes to get my Real Estate license here in PA (getting sick and then completely forgetting about it didn't help...thanks #fogbrain) but I've FINISHED it!!! 😁 Now for the state exam! 😳 First, I gotta let my brain rest. I just got off the phone with a customer service rep for #Comcast and...(deep breath)...it was THE BEST CUST SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!! 😆 . No, seriously. I'm not being sarcastic AT ALL!! . Shawn, was super helpful correcting the mistakes behind what should've been a simple equipment update call I made yesterday... . "No, I didn't schedule a home visit." . "The new box is being mailed to me." . "No, I didn't request a SECOND cable box." . "No, just a mandatory equipment update of the box I already have." . "There's a charge. I shouldn't have a charge. The lady said it's a free update." . "No, that isn't a charge for shipping because it's being prorated until the end of this billing cycle." . "Oh, your computer is slow? Nope. No problem. I ACTUALLY DO have all the time in the world." 😒 . ...and then for SOME reason, I can't remember why, he mentioned...Star Trek! 😃 . And all of a sudden, we were two old friends gabbing without pause about the 50th Annual Trekkie Convention that was in NY last November and how awesome it was, name dropping all the cast members that were there, describing which sets from which shows were there and ALL of this without having to explain a single THING to each other because in that moment, we were a collective hive mind of two: 1 of 2 & 2 of 2 and our thoughts were as one! 😂 . However, even with as much fun as I was having, I couldn't help but to think (I know, so very individualistic of me 😏) that this conversation was being recorded for training purposes and that it just might NOT be a good example of what to do with a customer. 🤔 . But it was SUCH a FUN conversation and a GREAT way to end a potentially very frustrating Comcast Customer Service experience!! 😄 . P.S. - And yes, I am fully aware that I should probably get out more often but Comcast TOTALLY made my day! 😁 . P.P.S - Would it be weird to ask for Star Trek Shawn the next time I call Comcast? 🤔 If so, then I'm only asking for a friend. 😇 . #ComcastWillSurpriseYou #TrekkieForLife #LongLiveNerds 💪🏽✌🏽🤓
