You perpetuate the existence of the reality you believe in.
This is something I have been thinking about recently. This belief is present within law-of-assumption, non-duality, and many religions throughout the world. As I have continued doing my own research and progressing on my spiritual journey, it is one of the most common sentiments I come across and has been very influential in my shifting journey.
Many shifting methods encourage the shifter to act as if they are already in their DR. Similarly, in manifestation using law-of-assumption, we must live in the end; in the state of the wish fulfilled. Desire is not conducive to this mindset because it assumes that we are lacking something to begin with.
Lately, during my shifting attempts, I have been trying especially hard to let go of desire and all negative emotions attached to it. Instead, I imagine myself as already having shifted. It takes considerable effort to let go of the 3D as well as my desire and doubts, but every time I practice I can feel myself becoming closer and closer. One thing that has helped me is to meditate on the feelings associated with having already shifted:
Imagine you are laying in your bedroom in your DR and your CC, S/O, or anyone special who you want to see is in the next room over. No, don’t imagine it, KNOW IT. Know that you are there. How does it feel. Capture that feeling. Let go of everything except for that feeling. You don’t even have to visualize, just FEEL. Once you do this and also let go of the desires and doubts holding you back from just being fulfilled, you will shift. It is so simple, but the human mind can be a little tricky sometimes.
Sorry this was such a ramble. Thanks for reading 🫶

A servitor is an easy option to get started! It only takes mental effort to solidify the idea into existence. And DON'T forget to feed them.
