Sylvia Plath reciting her poem titled “Ariel,”
And I Am the arrow, The dew that flies Suicidal, at one with the drive Into the red Eye, the cauldron of morning.
I do not know who I am, where I am going - and I am the one who has to decide the answers to these hideous questions.

This is love…isn’t it? When you notice someone’s absence and hate that absence more than anything? More, even, than you love [their] presence?

Whom can I ask what I came to make happen in this world? Why do I move without wanting to, why am I not able to sit still? Why do I go rolling without wheels, flying without wings or feathers, and why did I decide to migrate if my bones live in Chile?

I have yet to find a Zionist who is willing to admit that they stole the land of Palestine through violence and war from a weaker people. A little honesty would be refreshing.
Don’t think about what can happen in a month. Don’t think about what can happen in a year. Just focus on the 24 hours in front of you and do what you can to get closer to where you want to be.

Compartmentalizing
by Saṃsāran
In studies of individuals in high stress jobs like air traffic controllers, surgeons, trial attornies and business executives it was shown that those who were able to “compartmentalize” that is, for example, to keep work in one mental compartment and home life in another mental compartment avoid burn out.
Here is how it works:
Compartmentalize it. Isolate the issue from all the other challenges you are dealing with.
Apply extreme focus on each compartment, but only for a short period of time.
Move forward in incremental steps. And once you see progress…
Close the compartment and open the next one.
Say “no” to things that don’t deserve a compartment.
If you keep the stressors in your life constantly at the forefront of your mind you will burn out and fail to deal with them. By focusing on one at a time and then shutting it down while at home you can relax and be prepared to take on the challenges the next day.
There is so much stubborn hope in the human heart.
