âWell, I am quite glad to hear that at least.â He nods. âFeeling any more in control of⌠things?â He quirks an eyebrow.
âYes.. Iâm much more in control.â She laughs and nods. âIâm all patched up with tape.â

âWell, I am quite glad to hear that at least.â He nods. âFeeling any more in control of⌠things?â He quirks an eyebrow.
âYes.. Iâm much more in control.â She laughs and nods. âIâm all patched up with tape.â
olin-ludvigsenâ:
âIâve got a few people who would say so, I get the sense you disagree,â Olin nods. âWell, good, Iâm glad to see that. Is it as relaxing as youâd hoped?â
âIâm mostly teasing. Youâve never shouted obscenities at me, so youâve got Gordon beat there. Thatâs his signature move.â She shrugs. âI really like it, yeah. Iâm happy with how theyâre turning out.â
olin-ludvigsenâ:
âOh, come on, I am much nicer than him,â He chuckles a little bit, shrugging as he goes back to pruning his weeds. âHow are the plants coming?â
âAre you though?â Aly asks, skeptically, closing one eye a little. âTheyâre good, healthy and thriving.â
olin-ludvigsenâ:
âI mean, they kick you out of culinary school if you canât,â Olin jokes as he tosses the potato up into the air. âIâve been thinking about doing a sort of masterclass thing at the restaurant after hours, invite a few people, go over a complicated recipe, break it down for them. What do you think?â
"Yeah?â Aly asks cooly, misting the leaves on the plants of hers that were starting to grow better. âHow very Gordon Ramsay of you.â
rohxnkapoorâ:
âHave you got a blog or something? âCause I definitely want to follow it. Worship it. Iâm not even above building a SHRINE. Itâs rare that I find someone who speaks my language.â
âUnfortunately no, I have to keep all this ranting behind the paywall called Being My Friend.âÂ
âHey, does anyone know whenâs the next end of the world? Like, I donât think we had one planned since, like, the end of 2014âł
âGod, soon I hope.âÂ
soleil--bordeauxâ:
âWhat do you mean he kind of hates you?â She wrinkles her nose. âAnd yes, thatâs a bad reason to do anything.â
âHeâs a grouchy guy. He rejected my application three times and then I had to basically demand to be let in. And heâs really critical and hates purple gel pen. So heâs probably a murderer.â
soleil--bordeauxâ:
âExcusez-moi,â Soleil asks, making a face as if she had said something gross. âGardening? You? You can barely keep you alive and you want to care for defenseless plants? You?!â
âIs it bad that part of me is gardening out of spite because the guy who runs the community garden i joined sort of hates me and I want to prove him wrong?â Aly makes a face.
soleil--bordeauxâ:
âOh, shut up,â Soleil rolls her eyes. âYou are never single for long. NEVER. I bet you already met smomeone youâre thinking about and you have been in the city all of three seconds. I am onto you, Martin.â
âI get lonely!â She teases with a laugh. âI donât have anyone in mind. Thank you very much. Iâm gardening.â
olin-ludvigsenâ:
âI donât think you know what âjudgingâ means. Correcting someone isnât judging them. In fact, perhaps I am shielding you from being judged in the future, no?â He smirks again, crossing his arms over his chest. âI am not entirely sure this has anything to do with me, but how can I stop âjudgingâ you for the future. Since youâre a sensitive petal.â
Aly fixes Olin with a withering stare. âYou think youâre so clever, but youâre mean, Olin. Sometimes youâre mean.â She nods seriously. âDonât say shit you wouldnât want someone who didnât really know you to say to you.â She shrugs. âHave a good afternoon.â Aly waves as she turns on her heel to walk the opposite way down the farmerâs market.
rohxnkapoorâ:
âYouâre hilarious, but totally right. Do I even want to hear your thoughts on The Notebook? Or worse, Titanic? Spoiler alertâI do.â
âThe Notebook is an emotional atrocity.â Aly laughs and shakes her head. âAnd Titanic was just an excuse for James Cameron to take submersibles down to the Titanic wreckage.â
olin-ludvigsenâ:
âItâs âminceâ words.â He chuckles a little bit. âIâm sorry you donât like my tone, Itâs the only one I had. Isnât that a little rude to say?â He smirks. âAnd why does it bother you?â
âOh my god, you canât even let that go, see? I did that to see if youâd judge and you did!â Aly points at him. âIt bothers me because Iâm a sensitive person who is already pretty hard on herself. Thank you.âÂ
soleil--bordeauxâ:
âHas-been,â She teases and leans against her, resting her head on her shoulder. âUuuhm I dunno I just donât feel like it. He seems like maybe a little bit of a player, or whatever Itâs called. Which is fine but not for me.â
âRude rude rude! Now you have to forgive me for that jab.â Aly gasps and shakes her head. âAlright, I wonât push. But now Iâm here with you now. We can be spinsters.â
soleil--bordeauxâ:
âWhat is that dance?!â Soleil laughs and pushes her gently. âYeah, heâs good looking I would say.â She shrugs. âBut heâs⌠I donât know. But yes, good to look at.â
âIâm a professional dancer, donât question my jam.â She grins and leans back against the headboard. âSo then why not try to get with him?â
rohxnkapoorâ:
âYouâre telling me. A Walk to Remember made me cry for a solid WEEK. Iâd be brushing my teeth then it would hit me, just the one thoughtâLandon and Jamie deserved a happy ending. Then thatâs it. Iâm gone.â
âIt can ruin a whole day thinking about how Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling donât end up together at the end of La La Land, she ends up with the dude who played Guy in That Thing You Do. He wasnât hot then and he isnât hot now, I donât care how grouchy Ryan Gosling is.âÂ
olin-ludvigsenâ:
âPeople can be both,â He gestures to her Vana White style. âI respect that youâre both,â He smirks as he bites into a strawberry to test it. âIâm observant. Thereâd a difference. Iâm not judging you for it. Does it bother you?â
âNo, no, donât mix words. Observant is one thing, pointing things out verbally in that tone of yours is judgment.â She eyes him skeptically. âA bit, yeah.â
soleil--bordeauxâ:
âHey, Itâs not weird,â She frowns and nudges her. âActually the artist came into the shop â weirdly, randomly. And he was drawing stuff and I was like hey I like your style it looks like this, then â yeah. He wrote it under a pseudonym at the time, but yeah. Weâre friends now, Itâs fine.â
âOh wow, thatâs really cool.â Aly smiles. âYou were completely obsessed with those. Is he hot?âÂ
