“How do you do this?” she asked the other as she clutched her stomach. “My anxiety’s eating me from the inside. How are you so calm about being stuck here?”

“What’s the best place to get some coffee around here?” Lillian looked to the person next to her.

“ This little guy followed me home and now he doesn’t want to leave my side. So I guess that means I have a dog now. “ Ella laughed as the dog squirmed in her arms.

“I don’t know what that’s suppose to mean.”

“I guess it’s a human thing.. trick or treat but why would you offer a trick?”

"I would not pick either treat could be trick in disguise."
