I have no interest in pulling, but I am very amused by the idea of both Sylus and MC bullying Rafayel inside his head.

I've decided to upload this hand-drawn storyboard here. Some of the shot compositions were inspired by scenes from the films The Metamorphosis of Birds, Long Men Inn, and Shadow. The changes in Kuya's expression at the end reference a certain scene of Sasuke's expression from the Naruto anime. The BGM is 春风一顾, a Glance from singer 河图's 2013 album — the lyrics are in classical Chinese and tell a love story about the National Advisor Mo Li of Tiansui City in a fictional dynasty. (I think the visuals should make this storyboard understandable on its own, but if any friends are curious about the original lyrics, I'd be happy to translate them for you.) At the time, I was reviewing the Sai'Er storyline with a friend and discussing the relationship between the fox spirit and the great mage as depicted in the labyrinth arc, and I couldn't help but create my very first hand-drawn storyboard.

I've been re-reading through the MS .. I just finished Caleb's chapters of Homecoming Wings... and this part stuck out to me:
