Got all my hair cut off. It was thinning badly after surgery and looked awful. Cutting it short was my only option to make it look thicker, but I actually love it!!

I swore to myself that I would next share a picture like this publicly because I’m so embarrassed of how I looked before my surgery. The picture on the left was taken the day before my surgery and the one on the right was taken this morning. I still have some work today to tone my stomach, arms, and thighs. But I’ve lost 160 pounds. Went from a tight 28 in jeans to a loose fitting 12/14. My surgery was October 7th, 2014 so I’m a little over a year out. My weight in the left picture was 330. The one on the right is 174. Making a total weight loss of 156 pounds! I’m under my goal weight (175). I’m 5'9 and I wanted to be curvy. Now necessarily skinny. If I didn’t lose another pound, I’d be thrilled. My only regret with having gastric bypass is that I didn’t do it sooner!!!!
