Hi everyone!! Just wanted to do a quick intro now that this blog as a few more followers:

Amalgamation Prison is my JOJO’s Bizarre Adventure Fanpart that follows Lorenzo Zeppeli, a descendant of Will A. Zeppeli. The part takes place in between parts 2 and 3 in year 1980, so the lore relates to mainly part 1+2. (Also that means spoiler warning for those two parts as well)

This is a passion project meant to teach me how to be more creative lol. I’ve never written anything in my life before now so I’m trying to challenge myself.

Just a warning, none of the art will be consistent. Art style is whatever I say it is. Pretty much every chapter I’ve written so far has a different style and that’s just because I’m experimenting! (And I just got procreate + toonsquid so I’m still trying to learn those features).

As for the story itself, Here’s where I’ll talk about some background information in case it’s not too clear throughout the chapters:

Gianna Zeppeli is Caesar Zeppeli’s younger sister (canon). After the death of Caesar and Baron Zeppeli, she has sworn off using her Hamon powers that she was born with. She occasionally uses it for everyday things (like making washing dishes easier) but will never go further than that. She married to Chano Nolasco at age 26 and had her only child, Lorenzo, a year later. Once Lorenzo was born, Chano returned to Haiti to take care of his sick mother, leaving Gianna to raise Lorenzo on his own. He never came back to Italy to be with his family, but is still in contact with both of them.

When Lorenzo was born, he was also born with the ability to use Hamon. Although, his mother warned him about its use. She was afraid of him learning how to use it in fear of losing him as well as her other family members. He was aware of her concerns, but still ignored them as he tried to better his Hamon his entire life in secret. Though, he never was able to thrive without a master, so his abilities were still beginner.

Both Gianna and Lorenzo struggle financially since only having one income, but when Lorenzo graduated high school, he worked endless hours as a security guard to help his mother with the bills. He is now 21, and Chapter one takes place in 1980 Palermo Italy.

[JJBA] Amalgamation Prison- Chapter 3

Chapter 1 + 2 on my page!!

Being escorted by Louis and Percy, Lorenzo and Gianna sit on their plane for a short flight above the Mediterranean Sea. Their destination: The Speedwagon Foundation Housing Operation in Athens, Greece. They still have about an hour left of their flight. Gianna is already asleep. Lorenzo looks around the small plane at all the luggage him and his mother packed last night. They left early this morning before the sun came up, but he felt so disoriented that he hadn't checked the time since he was attacked the night before. He had agreed to use his Hamon to prevent more Vampire attacks on the public, but why did they have to go all the way to Greece? 

Once they landed, they were brought immediately to a small 2-bedroom apartment, with only a kitchen, seating area, and the bedrooms themselves. Lorenzo wasn’t sure what to expect from the housing operations, but he assumed they were brought here to blend in. The apartment itself was on the first floor and in a larger building with three other apartments, all vacant. It was located right on the outskirts of the city of Athens. 

They took their time to unpack the little belongings they brought with them as Percy and Louis explained to them what exactly would be happening to them while they lived here. 

Louis: So, for now, we just need to keep you in contact while you're staying in this apartment. Think of it as being “on call” for a job. We all at the Speedwagon Foundation are aware that neither of you are actually very trained in Hamon.. But, just don’t worry about that right now. We plan on letting you meet our trainer tomorrow, most likely. Just for today though, we don’t want to overwhelm you. 

All food, utilities, and everything else will be covered by the Speedwagon foundation, you don’t need to worry about that. Feel free to get yourselves situated any way you feel is right, and let me or Percy know if you need anything. 

Percy: You are allowed to leave, and do what you need to do, but on the first day we’d prefer it if we escort you anywhere outside. Just for protocol.

Without really knowing what to do with themselves at this point, Gianna and Lorenzo request to go into the city. 

Gianna: Well, we might as well start with some food first, I guess. 

They leave with Louis and Percy to stop at the supermarket.

The four of them take a short bus ride to central Athens, where the closest food supermarket is located. Their stop takes them about 3 blocks away from the store itself, so they will have to carry the bags quite a distance once they finish. 

They begin to step inside the store,

Percy: Just to not make anything look too suspicious, me and Louis will wait outside here at this table. Take this credit card, and If ANYTHING is wrong, please come out and we will be here for you. 

Gianna and Lorenzo continue walking inside, still feeling out of place. 

Gianna: So…….. what are we feeling..? 

Lorenzo: Feeling like I just flew to another country and I have to pretend like everything’s normal.

Gianna: I meant for dinners this week.

Lorenzo: Oh… I guess some kind of pasta I don’t know. 

He opens his Walkman, inserts a cassette, and puts his headphones over his ears.

Lorenzo found his mother in the freezer aisles and they both went up to the checkout, and left the store with their groceries. The two begin walking to the same bus stop as Percy and Louis still trail behind them. They didn’t realize how long they've been out, the sun was already beginning to set.

Gianna: Doesn’t this all seem kind of rushed to you?

Lorenzo: Of course it does. 

Gianna: Over the last day I kind of regret letting you talk me into this, haha. But, I’m glad I agreed. I feel like we both could use a change even if it will probably change our lives forever. Besides, it's good to not have to pay for rent anymore. Your father has been slacking on helping us with that. 

Lorenzo: Just give him a chance. I’m sure he’ll call again after this is all over. Besides, now that we’re in Greece, we’ll have stuff to talk to him about. 

As they stand at the bus stop, the sun has completely set. It’s still pretty busy out, especially being in the middle of the city. The bus pulls around the corner to the bus stop and Lorenzo turns his head to look at it. In his view he glances at a face he recognizes. 

Lorenzo, to himself: Hey, that's the guy from the pasta aisle. 

When he realizes who he’s looking at, he notices a figure trailing behind the man. The figure looks taller than him, and a little more muscular. It’s hard to tell exactly what they look like due to the concealing outfit they’re wearing. They’re both walking towards Lorenzo, but slowly and in no hurry. 

The man from the store glances at Lorenzo and locks eyes with him, but the figure behind him picks up speed and begins to trail faster behind the man. 

The Store Guy: Hey, you! Is this your- 

As soon as the man began to speak to Lorenzo, the figure behind him caught up to him and grabbed him by the wrist, quickly pulling him into the alley right before the bus stop. 

Lorenzo: Wait! Shit- Did you guys see that?

He gestured to the others he was waiting for the bus with, and when even his own mother denied witnessing anything, he couldn’t let something like this go.

Lorenzo: I’ll be back, go without me!

Lorenzo, to himself: Don’t tell me this guy’s getting mugged!

His mother and the two Speedwagon Foundation members stared in confusion as Lorenzo ran off behind the building they were in front of. 

Lorenzo follows the two and quickly turns the corner to see the man from the store being held down by the cloaked figure. The man’s mouth was being covered as he struggled to get free from the other’s grasp. His eyes meet with Lorenzo’s, and he gives him a silent cry for help.

Lorenzo: Hey! Get off of him!

As Lorenzo shouts at the other figure, he notices them shove their fingers into the front of the man’s neck, being reminded of when that happened to him just a day ago.

His instincts kicked in almost immediately, and he sprinted down the alley towards the vampire. When he caught up to the two on the ground, Lorenzo snatched the vampire’s arm out from the man’s neck. He tried to use the same Hamon trick he had used the day before to save himself. But, as soon as he tried channeling his Hamon through his palms, he was kicked back with immense power onto the ground behind him, his headphones flying off onto the ground still playing music.The man fell to the side, struggling to breathe, clearly losing blood and energy by the second.

The Zoom Kick, used by many Hamon experts to channel more power into a single kick, involves dislodging the femur from the tibia to create more distance in a single kick, and then restoring the bones’ place in the body safely. Typically, this move is done with Hamon to support the bones of a human being, but within Vampires, they are able to regenerate the placement of their bones with no use of Hamon. 

Lorenzo: God! *cough* That hurt! How did he kick me back that far?!

As he’s kicked back by the vampire, he falls into a large puddle about 8-9 feet away from the man and the vampire. The vampire towers over the man as he lay almost lifeless, barely breathing. They turn their head to face Lorenzo, who is recovering in a wet, muddy puddle. 

Lorenzo, to himself: Hey, this puddle… it’s full of dirt, but most of it is water. Maybe I can..

The vampire, still rushing with energy, stomps towards Lorenzo, planning to finish him off and drain his blood.

Lorenzo, to himself: Just a little closer…

He lies there in the puddle with his head down, watching the vampire step closer and closer. He knows that they plan to drain his blood, but his Hamon is not strong enough to face the vampire head on. The vampire slowly gets closer, reaching about 4 feet away from Lorenzo’s struggling body in the puddle. Just close enough for Lorenzo to make his move.

As the vampire’s body melts away, Lorenzo turns his attention to the man who was attacked. They lock eyes, and Lorenzo runs over to try and help his wounds. Around the corner run Percy, Louis, and Gianna, gazing at the scene in shock.

Lorenzo: Hey, look at me! You’re going to be okay, I promise, just hang on in there.

As Lorenzo said those words, the man’s eyes fell shut as he fell unconscious.

[JJBA] Amalgamation Prison- Chapter 2

Lorenzo lunges back in his chair as the bus continues moving towards the next stop again. As a reflex, he sent a small amount of Hamon into the arm of the passenger who attacked him. Usually, using Hamon on another human being would not do the same amount of damage that it just caused for the attacker. The flesh on their bones begin to melt off and they give Lorenzo a shocked and confused look, almost like they weren’t expecting to receive any retaliation from Lorenzo. 

The other passenger in the back of the bus looks just as surprised as the one who attacked Lorenzo. But, instead of reacting like a normal civilian who witnessed a fight, his attention was towards Lorenzo, changing his worried face into an expression of anger. 

Lorenzo stood towering over the person who attacked him, not knowing what just happened or how to get out of the situation. 

Lorenzo, to himself: Did that guy just stab my neck.. With his fingers? How is that even possible?

He scans the situation a little more to catch a glimpse of the attacker as they were holding their arm in pain on the ground. 

That would explain why he was attacked in such a bizarre way. Lorenzo scanned the rest of the bus to find the quickest way out of there when he noticed the other passenger charging towards him. 

Reacting as fast as possible, Lorenzo buzzed for the bus to come to a stop and dove over the vampire on the ground. Luckily, the bus had stopped fast enough for him to jump out of the doors in time to avoid the second attack from the other passenger. 

Lorenzo, to himself: Are these guys both vampires? There's no way that's even possible-

As he reached the outside world, he quickly looked around for any bystander, but could find no one. He had no time to stand around as the other vampire was still running up towards him from the inside of the bus. Lorenzo ran without knowing where he would end up. At this point, covering his own shift was the least of his worries.

Lorenzo: Fuck! That guy is fast!

The vampire was catching up to Lorenzo at a frightening rate. He had to think of another plan or else this guy would be draining his blood within seconds. He had no weapons on him, and that's when he remembered: the sandwich his mother made him for dinner. 

As he was still running, Lorenzo opened the tupperware with the sandwich inside and took it out. He looked behind him and waited for the vampire to catch up to him just a little bit. At just the right moment, he infused the olive oil that was slathered on each item with Hamon, and he threw the separate contents of the sandwich next to each side of the vampire’s head. Once the vampire’s head was in the target, the sandwich contents flew together at a great force, turning the vampire’s head into a hamon-filled olive oil sandwich. 

Lorenzo wasted no time and fled the area as the vampire stumbled onto the ground with his face melting. He couldn’t go straight home, so he hid behind a postbox in the area to make sure the vampires didn’t recover and come after him again. Once the coast was clear, he ran straight home. He had no idea how to begin explaining this to his mother, but then again, he had no one else to tell. 

He checked the time, it was now 7:30pm. There was no way he was going back to his job tonight, management would just have to deal with it after the bullshit he’s dealt with. As Lorenzo opened his front door, he saw his mother at the kitchen table speaking to two men in very official, but odd looking uniforms. They both wore black and grey button-up short sleeved shirts with a brimmed hat that read SpeedWagon on the forehead. He recognized that hat, but couldn't remember where he would've heard about a Speedwagon. 

Lorenzo: …Mamma?

Gianna: Lorenzo- what are you doing here?! Aren’t you supposed to be at work?

Lorenzo: That doesn't matter, who are these guys?! What is going on tonight?

Gianna: Listen, I tried to stop whatever THIS is from happening. I TRIED. 

The two men interrupted Gianna as she almost began to ramble. 

Percy: Mister Zeppeli, sorry to scare you like that. My name is Percy, and this is Louis. We are members of the Speedwagon Foundation. We have come here to this address because we were told both Gianna and Lorenzo Zeppeli lived here. 

Lorenzo: …so can you explain why my Mamma looks like she’s just been to a funeral?

Louis: Apologies, Lorenzo. We are here because across the globe, there have been reports of Vampire sightings. I’m sure you know by now, but we used to be highly involved with your family before–

Gianna: Hey! I talked with you two about this!

Louis: …..Thankfully, news hasn't caught on very fast, so you are one of the first people outside of the Speedwagon Foundation to hear about this.

Lorenzo: That explains what happened earlier then, I guess… But- why are you here? What do me and Mamma have to do with Vampires? 

Percy: You are familiar with the use of Hamon, correct?

Lorenzo and Gianna both look at each other, both concerned. Lorenzo nods his head suspiciously. 

Percy: We are here to ask for your help. Joseph Joestar has come over with an illness in the United States and you two are the only Zeppeli’s with Hamon in your blood. He told us we could find you in Palermo. We need to somehow prevent any more vampire attacks on the public as well as exterminate..the source. While the Speedwagon foundation helps Joseph recover, you were the only two people with direct lineage to the Speedwagon foundation that could help. 

Lorenzo: What? Who is Joseph?

Louis: Nevermind that, the point is, we need you. And your mother. 

Lorenzo and Gianna once again glanced over at each other.

Gianna: I’m sorry, dear, I tried to get rid of them. 

Lorenzo: Can we talk alone?

Both Gianna and Lorenzo leave the two men in the kitchen while they walk out the front door, leaving the screen door open to see inside. Gianna lights a cigarette and sits down on the patio, looking very panicked.

Lorenzo: Mamma, are you ok?

She nods, but is clearly filled with dread. Lorenzo sits beside her and puts his arm around her shoulder. He starts to ask her questions about the Speedwagon Foundation, and she regretfully retells the story about Will and Caesar Zeppeli since he was only a child when she told him the first time. 

Lorenzo: Listen, I know how you feel about these guys, but I need to tell you something. Tonight, on the way to work, I was attacked on the bus. 

Gianna: Caspita! Darling, are you okay?!

Lorenzo: Yes, yes, I’m fine. But those two men who attacked me were… vampires. I wouldn't have believed it myself if it didn't happen to me. But it's true, I used my Hamon on their bodies and it really hurt them. 

He regretted telling his mother about how he probably killed the two men, despite being vampires. Lorenzo was always afraid of being seen as violent in front of his mother. 

Lorenzo: What I’m saying is, I believe those men in there. I’m glad I made it out with my life tonight, and god forbid those vampires went after someone else instead. I fear they wouldn’t have had any way to defend themselves without Hamon. If they need a skilled Hamon user, I want to try. Please. 

Gianna sighs and looks up at Lorenzo, his arm still around her. She always feels safe when he is with her like this, despite all that has happened tonight. She gives him a look of reassurance, telling him silently that she is willing to give the foundation another chance. 

The two stand up and return to the men inside. They tell the men they are willing to use their (very little) Hamon skills in decreasing the vampire population, but will need to know more information. 

Percy: As you are aware, the events that happened to yours and the Joestar family in 1939 left some… concerning results. In the battle with Kars in 1939, the whereabouts of the red stone of Aja were left unknown. The vampire and zombie army was presumed to all be dead when Joseph and Suzie Q returned to New York and left Switzerland. However, there was one member of the vampire army that survived. She remained in Switzerland after the pillar men were all dead. With no leader, she was forced to retreat back to the Pillar men’s mansion to avoid the sun. Her scarce nutrients supply kept her weak, but she would still be able to feed once a night, which is what starts our problem. With each victim, she gained a new member of her army.

She returned to the scene where Kars activated the red stone of Aja within the stone mask. To her luck, it was accidentally left behind after there were no longer any Pillar men or vampires left. She took the stone and fled from Switzerland, we are still unaware of her whereabouts.

Apparently, she has been growing her army for 41 years, and the vampires have now spread across the globe. We have members of the Speedwagon Foundation in every country in the world right now scouting for any more information. The best we can do to prevent vampire attacks is to use the UV lights from German Technology, but that is a very unreliable method. We speculate that she might be looking for anyone involved with Joseph Joestar, the man who ended her vampire brethren, and unfortunately, that means you two.

Lorenzo: But, we don't even know who this is..?

Gianna: …Caesar. It was Caesar who did. Che palle… Lorenzo, Joseph was very close with your uncle, Caesar. I knew this was going to be a problem for us eventually. 

Gianna looks at the two men, and thanks them for warning her and her son. She is still suspicious about accepting their offer, but she has the odd feeling like it was the right thing to do anyway. 

The men from the Speedwagon Foundation explain to them that if they still agree to this, they can spend the time tonight to pack a few bags for travel and finish anything around the house before they leave. 

Lorenzo: Where are we going?

Louis: Well, like I said, we don't know where their leader is yet… So, for now, we are going to relocate you two to one of the Speedwagon housing operations in Greece.

Author Notes: Hi sorry this chapter is mostly writing, needed to get some backstory out there but enjoy. I'll get chapter 3 out probably today lol i have nothing goin on. I promise the next one will be more visually appealing

Side Character in my Fanpart: Amalgamation Prison

Gianna was six years old in 1939 when her older brother, Caesar Zeppeli died. The Speedwagon Foundation told her and her three siblings the story of how it happened.

Growing up, she grew to resent the Speedwagon Foundation for associating it with the death of her brother, as well as her Grandfather. However, as she grew, so did her newfound ability in Hamon. For years she resented using it, but would often find herself using it occasionally.

She married Chano Nolasco at age 26 and had her first child with him a year later. When her husband Chano returned to Haiti to take care of his sick mother, Lorenzo was born. She raised Lorenzo alone, struggling to keep her and her only son from poverty. Back before she got married, she emancipated herself from the Speedwagon Foundation’s financial support despite very much needing it. By any means necessary she would keep her child safe from what Hamon did to the rest of her family.

In 1980, her and her son would have to accept their destiny of using Hamon no matter how much she resented it.

[JJBA] Amalgamation Prison- Chapter 1

Lorenzo glances over to the clock beside the restaurant’s window. It’s 3:00.

Lorenzo: Shit! I told Mamma that I would be back to help her an hour ago!

He collects all of his belongings and takes the quickest bus back to his street. He returns to his small apartment and is greeted by his mother’s passive aggressive tone as she does the dishes alone.

Gianna Zeppeli, Lorenzo Zeppeli’s mother, stayed in Italy her entire life after her brother, Caesar Zeppeli, died in 1939 battling Wamuu, the ancient pillar man. Because of her Great Grandfather, Will A. Zeppeli’s connections with the Speedwagon Foundation, she was in a good place financially almost her entire life after they were both dead. She was terrified of Hamon and the events that took place many years ago that caused the death of her brother, so she isolated herself from the Speedwagon Foundation and cut them off completely. She no longer accepted any money from them, despite needing it because she wanted to raise a child that grew up safe without risk of getting involved with Hamon. Despite being able to use Hamon herself, she restricted herself in order to prevent any devastating accidents. 

She was 26 when she married into the Nolasco family and had a child that same year. When her only child, Lorenzo was born, his father Chano was forced to move back to Haiti in order to take care of his sick mother, but promised to come back to Italy to be with his family one day. Gianna had to raise Lorenzo by herself, with the financial help of her husband, even though he was no longer present. Both Gianna and Lorenzo are still in contact with Chano, but neither still have a flourishing relationship with him. As he grew, Lorenzo discovered his own ability to use Hamon, but his mother refused to teach him. She told him the story of the events that caused the death of his family members, but he looked past all of that. Throughout his teens, he secretly learned how to harness his own Hamon ability despite knowing what happened to his other family members. Now that Lorenzo is 21, he has taken on more shifts at his job to support both him and his mother. 

Gianna: I thought you said you'd be here by now!

She wipes the dish perfectly clean by using a small amount of hamon on the running water and water inside the sponge. 

Lorenzo: I know, I’m sorry. I got caught up outside. You know I wouldn't forget on purpose. 

He walks over to her at the kitchen sink and takes her place washing dishes, also using the same hamon method to speed things up. 

Gianna: You should really stop doing that, you know. We’ve talked about this…

Lorenzo: Well how come you get to do it?

Gianna: Do as I say, not as I do. I never even wanted you to get involved in the first place. 

Lorenzo: I’m not involved with anything, you know this. All I’m doing is- 

Gianna: Listen, I can't stop you, but you know what happened to…

Lorenzo: Yes, ma. I’m sorry. Just let me take over here and you go sit down. 

He finishes the dishes and the rest of the chores around the house as the home phone begins to ring. Gianna stands up from watching the TV and answers, hearing a voice she knew would be trouble.

Gianna: How did you get this number?............ I thought I told you guys to leave me and my family alone. I don't want you to ruin anything else……… Don’t call again. 

She hangs up the phone.

Lorenzo: Is everything okay, ma?

Gianna: Yes.. just- forget about it. Thanks for doing the dishes. 

Gianna tries to ignore the phone call and begins preparing for dinner.

Lorenzo: Sorry, I can’t stay to eat tonight. I have a later shift in about an hour. 

Lorenzo works as a security guard at the Palazzo dei Normanni, and prefers to do evening shifts since they are paid more. Although, he does enjoy being awake late at night so no one has to bother him. The sun begins to set, he changes into his uniform, and kisses his mother on the cheek to say goodbye before catching the bus. Gianna hands him a little tupperware of dinner for him. It’s just a sandwich, not what she originally was making for tonight’s supper, but at least it would hold up without needing a microwave to eat. He feels concerned about the phone call she received earlier that night, but tries to shrug it off as he walks onto the bus. The sun had just set, but it is only 6:30pm, meaning crowds are typically beginning to come home from work right about now.

As Lorenzo sits down at the front of the bus, he notices only two passengers are riding with him, both sitting in the very back of the bus on opposite sides. He thinks to himself that it’s odd how empty the bus is, especially since it should be a rush hour. His job is only 7 stops away, so it doesn't really matter to him. 

At the first stop, one of the passengers in the very back stood up, and started walking toward the exit at the front of the bus.

Lorenzo, to himself: That’s odd, they walked right past the closer exit. 

The passenger then ignored the exits and sat down next to Lorenzo not saying a word. He glanced over at the other passenger and gave them a dirty look. Lorenzo didn’t realize at first, but the other passenger began to raise their fingers toward his face and get closer to his neck.

Lorenzo: Hey, what’s your pr- 

The passenger jabbed their fingers into the side of his neck, past the skin and near his arteries. 

Author Notes: HI THIS IS MY NEW JJBA FANPART!!! Im so excited to keep writing about these characters and this story. Hopefully you enjoyed this first chapter although it's short. If its too many words (too bad) I have many other forms of writing being planned like more manga panels and animations. I have many more chapters planned (1-5 are already written). Also feel free to message with questions/critique! The whole point of my fanpart is to help me learn new skills. Ignore any typos/changing perspective in the writing. The POV is whatever I say it is.

He collects all of his belongings and takes the quickest bus back to his street. He returns to his small apartment and is greeted by his mother’s passive aggressive tone as she does the dishes alone.

Gianna Zeppeli, Lorenzo Zeppeli’s mother, stayed in Italy her entire life after her brother, Caesar Zeppeli, died in 1939 battling Wamuu, the ancient pillar man. Because of her Great Grandfather, Will A. Zeppeli’s connections with the Speedwagon Foundation, she was in a good place financially almost her entire life after they were both dead. She was terrified of Hamon and the events that took place many years ago that caused the death of her brother, so she isolated herself from the Speedwagon Foundation and cut them off completely. She no longer accepted any money from them, despite needing it because she wanted to raise a child that grew up safe without risk of getting involved with Hamon. Despite being able to use Hamon herself, she restricted herself in order to prevent any devastating accidents. 

She was 26 when she married into the Nolasco family and had a child that same year. When her only child, Lorenzo was born, his father Chano was forced to move back to Haiti in order to take care of his sick mother, but promised to come back to Italy to be with his family one day. Gianna had to raise Lorenzo by herself, with the financial help of her husband, even though he was no longer present. Both Gianna and Lorenzo are still in contact with Chano, but neither still have a flourishing relationship with him. As he grew, Lorenzo discovered his own ability to use Hamon, but his mother refused to teach him. She told him the story of the events that caused the death of his family members, but he looked past all of that. Throughout his teens, he secretly learned how to harness his own Hamon ability despite knowing what happened to his other family members. Now that Lorenzo is 21, he has taken on more shifts at his job to support both him and his mother. 

Gianna: I thought you said you'd be here by now!

She wipes the dish perfectly clean by using a small amount of hamon on the running water and water inside the sponge. 

Lorenzo: I know, I’m sorry. I got caught up outside. You know I wouldn't forget on purpose. 

He walks over to her at the kitchen sink and takes her place washing dishes, also using the same hamon method to speed things up. 

Gianna: You should really stop doing that, you know. We’ve talked about this…

Lorenzo: Well how come you get to do it?

Gianna: Do as I say, not as I do. I never even wanted you to get involved in the first place. 

Lorenzo: I’m not involved with anything, you know this. All I’m doing is- 

Gianna: Listen, I can't stop you, but you know what happened to…

Lorenzo: Yes, ma. I’m sorry. Just let me take over here and you go sit down. 

He finishes the dishes and the rest of the chores around the house as the home phone begins to ring. Gianna stands up from watching the TV and answers, hearing a voice she knew would be trouble.

Gianna: How did you get this number?............ I thought I told you guys to leave me and my family alone. I don't want you to ruin anything else……… Don’t call again. 

She hangs up the phone.

Lorenzo: Is everything okay, ma?

Gianna: Yes.. just- forget about it. Thanks for doing the dishes. 

Gianna tries to ignore the phone call and begins preparing for dinner.

Lorenzo: Sorry, I can’t stay to eat tonight. I have a later shift in about an hour. 

Lorenzo works as a security guard at the Palazzo dei Normanni, and prefers to do evening shifts since they are paid more. Although, he does enjoy being awake late at night so no one has to bother him. The sun begins to set, he changes into his uniform, and kisses his mother on the cheek to say goodbye before catching the bus. Gianna hands him a little tupperware of dinner for him. It’s just a sandwich, not what she originally was making for tonight’s supper, but at least it would hold up without needing a microwave to eat. He feels concerned about the phone call she received earlier that night, but tries to shrug it off as he walks onto the bus. The sun had just set, but it is only 6:30pm, meaning crowds are typically beginning to come home from work right about now.

As Lorenzo sits down at the front of the bus, he notices only two passengers are riding with him, both sitting in the very back of the bus on opposite sides. He thinks to himself that it’s odd how empty the bus is, especially since it should be a rush hour. His job is only 7 stops away, so it doesn't really matter to him. 

At the first stop, one of the passengers in the very back stood up, and started walking toward the exit at the front of the bus.

Lorenzo, to himself: That’s odd, they walked right past the closer exit. 

The passenger then ignored the exits and sat down next to Lorenzo not saying a word. He glanced over at the other passenger and gave them a dirty look. Lorenzo didn’t realize at first, but the other passenger began to raise their fingers toward his face and get closer to his neck.

Lorenzo: Hey, what’s your pr- 

The passenger jabbed their fingers into the side of his neck, past the skin and near his arteries. 

Author Notes: HI THIS IS MY NEW JJBA FANPART!!! Im so excited to keep writing about these characters and this story. Hopefully you enjoyed this first chapter although it's short. If its too many words (too bad) I have many other forms of writing being planned like more manga panels and animations. I have many more chapters planned (1-5 are already written). Also feel free to message with questions/critique! The whole point of my fanpart is to help me learn new skills. Ignore any typos/changing perspective in the writing. The POV is whatever I say it is.

Main Protagonist in my Fanpart: Amalgamation Prison

First chapter of this part takes place in 1980, in Palermo Italy. Lorenzo Zeppeli, son of Gianna Zeppeli (Caesar’s younger sister), finds himself in a bizarre situation facing deadly vampires. Thankfully, being a natural born Ripple user by bloodline, he uses his knowledge in Hamon to work against getting his blood drained.

Gianna Zeppeli raised him to be against the use of hamon, but of course that never stopped him.
