Sexta de Beatles

Hoje acordei cedo, estudei um pouco e depois fui à médica, os exames estão bem normais, só a vitamina B12 que está um pouco baixa, mas dentro dos limites, e a gordura no fígado que com exercícios eu vou resolver.

À tarde voltei pra casa e estudei mais um pouco, depois fui em uma cidade próxima resolver umas coisinhas.

À noite fui em um tributo aos Beatles de uma banda local, foi bem legal.

Today I woke up early, studied a bit and then went to the doctor’s appointment, the exams were very normal, just the B12 vitamin is a bit low, but isn’t bellow the parameters, and the liver is a bit fatty, but with exercises I’ll get rid of it.

Afternoon went back home studied a bit and then went to a city nearby solve some stuff.

At evening I went to a Beatle’s tribute, it was very cool.

Quinta razoável

Ontem acordei cedo, fiz algumas coisinhas, voltei pra casa, estudei e dormi um pouco.

Almocei e estudei, então à noite fui pra dança e dancei muito, cheguei em casa muito suada, tomei banho e fui pra cama, até esqueci de postar aqui.

Yesterday all my troubles seems so far away, errrr, I woke up early and did some stuff I had to do, then I went back home and studied and then sleept a lot.

Then I woke up and had lunch studied more and at evening went to the dance.

I danced a lot, maybe someday when I dance as a lady I'll post a video here (right now I dance as a gentleman 😭), got home all sweat, took a shower and went bed, even forgot to post here.

Quarta cansativa

Hoje acordei cedo, resolvi um monte de coisa de manhã, fui ao banco, fiz compras, quando cheguei em casa já era mais de 13h.

Fiz almoço, ficou bem gostoso e depois fui pra dança.

Choveu bastante, dancei bastante e agora estou em casa cansadinha.

Today I woke up early, did a lot of stuffy in the morning, went to the bank, bought some stuff for my home, when I got home it was pass 13h.

Made lunch, it was very tasty today, then I went to the dancing classes in the evening.

Today we had a brief storm here, and I danced a lot, I’m tired at home now.

Terça melhorzinha

Hoje acordei cedo a levei no estágio e voltei pra casa, então dormi, tenho feito muito isso ultimamente.

Depois fui ao banco, comprei algumas coisas pra casa, configurei meu drive que já estava cheio, mais de 7gb só de fotos...

Fui pra psicóloga e conversamos bastante, inclusive sobre ontem, ela questionou o porquê de eu ainda morar com minha ex, pensei bastante, não soube bem a resposta, mas, ela então me disse algumas coisas que fazem sentido.

Não sai da psicóloga hoje mais feliz, mas saí me conhecendo melhor.

Depois fui pra dança e hoje foi muito bom, dancei bastante zouk, bolero e soltinho, até cansei.

Today I woke up early and drive her to the internship, went back home and sleept a lot,Im doing this a lot latelly.

Then went to the bank, bought some stuff for my home, did the configuration of my drive, it was full, more than 7gb of photos.

Then I went to the therapy and we talked a lot, ans also about yesterday, she asked why do I still live with my ex since it brings me só much suffering to the point of having panic attacks, I didn't knew the answer, but my therapist said a lot of stuff that I needed to hear that actually make sense.

I didn't leave therapy today happier, but I learned much about myself.

Then I went to the dance and today was very good, I danced a lot of zouk, bolero and soltinho, I'm tired.

Segunda

03/12/18 - segunda - chuvosa

Hoje acordei cedo e fui do outro lado da cidade resolver algumas coisas, voltei pra casa peguei uns documentos e levei na faculdade e então fui na fonoaudiologa.

Ela foi bem gentil comigo de novo e comecei exercícios pra fortalecer a musculatura dos órgãos da fala.

Depois fui ao banco, o sistema estava fora do ar, comprei ração pros gatos e vim pra dança.

Durante a aula chequei meu celular e recebi uma mensagem indicando que vai ter briga quando eu chegar em casa, estou tremendo, ofegante, coração acelerado e com vontade de chorar, nem consegui terminar a aula ainda, daqui a pouco vou embora e tenho que dirigir pra chegar em casa, não estou bem.

Today I woke up early and went to the other side of the city tô do some stuff, went back home and got some docs I had to deliver in the College, then I went to the speech therapist.

She was kind to me and we started to do some exercises to strenghten the muscles of the speech.

Then I went to the bank and the system was off-line, then I bought food for my cats and went to the dance.

Here I got a message that suggests that will have a fight when I get home, my breath and my heart are fast, my body is shaking and I couldn't finish the class, I have to go home and I'll have to drive, I want to cry but, I'm not feeling well.

Domingo ruim

02/12/2018 - sunday - chuvoso

Hoje acordei cedo, a levei no estágio e tive que desmarcar o RPG que eu jogaria por causa dela, simplesmente ela disse que sairia mais cedo hoje e coincidiria com o RPG, então deixei de jogar pra ter que buscá-la.

Fui pra casa e dormi até a hora de buscá-la e depois fiquei em casa com a cara fechada, estou deixando de viver para mim para viver pros outros.

Today I woke up early, drive her to the internship and had to cancell my RPG’s session because of her, she just didn’t told me she would have to leave earlier today at the same time the RPG was going to be, so I had to not play to bring her.

Went home and sleept all day and went bring her back, I’m not living my life to live the life of other people.

Sábado de festa

01/12/2018 - sábado- chuvoso

Hoje acordei cedo e fui na fonoaudiologa, ela foi muito gentil e simpática comigo, estou confiante com ela, começaremos os exercícios na segunda-feira.

Depois voltei pra casa e fiquei sem fazer nada até meio dia, então fui pra festa de 1 ano de casamento de uma prima.

Fiquei lá até de tardezinha e voltei pra casa, agora vou dormir.

Today I woke up early and went to the speech therapist, she was very nice and kind to me, we'll start the exercises monday, I'm feeling hopeful.

Then I went back home and did nothing for a while, so I went to my cousin's party of 1 year of marriage and then got back home.

Now I'm going to sleep.
