amanda burst through ethan’s front door, diving headfirst into his couch. “e, i’m so hungry, i could die.” she groaned, placing a hand on her head for dramatic measure. “the only way to save me is to make me the deep dish pizza you made on your channel three weeks ago.” she said cheekily, popping her head up to gaze at him. there were two things amanda loved best: her race car shaped bed, and ethan’s cooking.

artemis had anything but a normal diet. the young girl would eat almost anything as she couldn’t see the point of depriving herself of the goodness the world had to offer. however, there was clear disgust on her face as she watched the person, amanda, opposite to her eat. “ i can’t believe you just put that into your mouth. “ her entire face scrunching up to show her disgust. “ that’s against the laws of nature. ”
amanda took a long sip of her drink, giving art a cheeky grin. “hey, i bought these for really cheap off of amazon.” she protested, swishing her bacon-flavored soda can in her hand. “it came with two other flavors: sweet corn and ranch if you’re interested.” she teased, waggling her eyebrows at her.

“Why doesn’t that kind of thing surprise me anymore?” taking a sip of her coffee, Juliette shot her friend a judgmental look, trying not to laugh. “A little rude, but I don’t blame him,” she said, with a small smile on the corner of her lips. “ I stayed at home most of the time. A new eyeshadow palette came Saturday afternoon and I spent the rest of the day trying to create some amazing makeup to post on my channel. And seeing the result, I remembered why I chose fashion.”
“c’mon, jules! you’re amazing at makeup and fashion, and all things pretty.” amanda gushed, giving her friend a playful punch. despite their many differences, she always loved spending time with juliette. sure, she could come off as cold to others, but deep down, amanda knew she was a softie.
snatching the coffee cup in juliette’s hand, amanda took a sip. “i don’t know why people still drink coffee when hot chocolate is a thing.” she said with a wince, handing the beverage back to her best friend.

“so my tinder date told me he loved cameron diaz films so i downloaded the movie ‘sex tape’ off the internet... turns out it was an actual sex tape... from the ‘70s.” amanda said sheepishly, her ferret, dude, curled up in her lap. “anyway, he said he left his cigarettes in his car, made a run for it and drove off. that sums up my weekend so far. how was yours?”
