have to stop getting physiotherapy after having the same one for over a decade and her being super helpful + an amazing advocate </3 im so fucked i need pt more than ever but i just cant afford to see her anymore

my face hurts and my period is late. i want painkillers. i will resist ketamine bc i wanna let my septum heal even tho idek that its my septum or from drug use but it stands to reason itll help to abstain

why does period give me manic urge to skulk around my locale and look mysterious (im not mysterious im sweaty and tired and my paper bag has torn on both sides due to the weight of my sparkling water)

my malnourished body is holding up so poorly lately <///3 if you have access to good, nutritious food pls eat it and enjoy it and ditch your inner protestant guilt. eating is good for you and you deserve it and it's good for the whole community to keep yourself strong and happy idc what anyone says

theyve accidentally set the sale price of my fav monster energy flavour at the closest shop to 2 for 2 instead of 2 for 6 and my housemate and i have a pact to tell each other whenever theyre on sale now. yes it is just the one flavour and its been like this for like a sec. i assume theyre one of those things ppl always self checkout and no one has dared squeal so far
