STRANGE SENTENCE STARTERS ââ for the creative writer in you. Send these in and see what your partner comes up with as a scenario!
âHow many times are you going to do that, exactly?â
âI had good intentions, I did it for a reason.â
âWeâre done. Iâm done. This ends right now. Youâre a monster.â
âI trusted you!â
âIs that supposed to scare me?â
âPut the knife down.â
âYou were right. As per usual.â
âSometimes itâs hard to see the lines youâve drawn until youâve crossed them.â
âYouâre surprised because you have a soft spot for hot blondes.â
âWhy protect my reputation? Iâm a dead man either way.â
âYou think you know me, as others think they know you.â
âYou can stay, but for no more than two nights.â
âPlease donât look in this drawer. Please.â
âI told you not to pick him up, heâs very sensitive.â
âYes. I might have given you rabies. But in my defense, thatâs ridiculous and I didnât.â
âIâm sorry, my cell phone data coverage does not cover the bullshit zone youâre in.â
âI was prepared for anything, except for what ensued.â
âThe story lingers on, but the version that is drawn is twisted,.â
âYou think Iâm kidding. But Iâve never been more serious about anything in my entire life.â
âHow much would a stripper cost and why so much?â
âIâm going to buy you a drink. Next week. On Thursday. When I get paid. Can you swing this one?â
âThere are two sides to every story.â
âWhen I was little, I used to be afraid of mummies. And now look at me. I love dead people!â
âWhat made me think that I could get away with such a plot?â
âBecause nothing says heterosexuality like a gold sash.â
âPlease donât take it out on my boobs.â
âWhen it gets really windy I look like a bizarre combination of Marilyn Monroe and Cousin It.â
âIâll never be a hero.â
âHow much money do you have on you?â
âPlease tell me thatâs a raisin and not a tiny hamster shit youâre eating.â
âLife is a lot better when you put things on your head.â
âFor someone whoâs not very deep, Iâm incredibly not shallow.â
âI need you to remind me what it feels like to love you.â
âI love you. What? No I donât. Forget I said anything.â
âIf we got married, would I have to take your last name? Or could we just make up a new one?â
âI donât think I can do this anymore.â
âI heard you say his/her name in your sleep last night. Want to explain or should I just leave?â
âI want to spend the night with you tonight. But I also want to sleep on your side. And without you on the bed. So technically I just want your bed.â
âPlease donât be proposing to me in an empty parking lot.â
âStop saying youâre sorry, you stupid fucking broken record. Itâs done.â
âIâm not jealous, Iâm curious. About the things you were doing. With him/her. Without me.â
âYour motherâs looks could kill. Actually, are you sure they havenât before?â
âIf youâre breaking up with me tonight, can I at least eat first?â
âStop sweating. Itâs not attractive during sex, and itâs not attractive now.â
âAre you â are you checking me out? In the line for the confessional?â
âWe have to go. I might have told your mom Iâm pregnant. I donât know why I said that. Iâm not.â
âSo what youâre saying it that youâre snorting sugar to get excited for sex.â
âMy dog licks better than you do.â
âBut through every stupid thing you do and say â and those are a lot, by the way â I love you.â
âI donât care if youâre growing another head. Iâll talk to both of them. I love you.â
âAnd Iâd take fifty years of not talking to you for just a day of doing so. I promise thatâs a compliment.â
âI donât want to hide this anymore. Iâm not some dirty little secret, you American Reject.â
âThis is a bit too dramatic for my taste, so can we skip it and have sex instead?â
âI donât want you to think of me as your personal sex toy.â
âThanks and all, but that makes me feel like a low-class escort, so.â
âA kiss in exchange for every nice thing you say about me. Deal?â
âPromise me youâre not like him/her. I need to hear it from your mouth. Promise me.â
âLook, Iâve had my heart broken before. Iâm not ready to let you in just yet. Anywhere.â
âDonât leave me here. Anywhere else, okay, but not here.â
âI wish I could say that was the worst sex I ever had, but Iâve had worse.â
âI just blew you. Could you look a little happier about it?â
âIâm attracted to shiny things, so if it looks like Iâm staring at your chest, itâs because I am.â
âWhat is that!?â
âOh my god, were you shot!?â
âGive me the gun. Now.â
âHello? Anyone in there?â

Killian Jones + Learning From/Correcting his Mistakes
 psychorex:
The younger twin had been chewing at his nails when Killian approached, unceremoniously making the seat bounce with his movement. He looked the others way with an arched brow, eyes widening at the mention of just who would be attending the ball. To be honest he hadnât paid any attention to who their mother was inviting, just hoping there would be others around their own age for him to dally with.Â
âHim? Mother knows how much of a nuisance he is, I swear I saw him trying to slip a hand up one of the maidâs skirts once. Sometimes I swear heâs only invited just because heâs a nuisance and bothers us so muchâeither that or itâs for father.â An over dramatic groan passed his lips as he spoke, sitting back.Â
"He does seem a rather crude fellow,â he agreed. âI wouldnât put it past him to try something like that.â Though, if Killian had been the maiden in such a situation, the duke would have likely found a scalding dish landing unceremoniously in his lap.
Shifting his position, he leaned forward to brace his elbows against his thighs. âI donât much care what the reasoning behind it is. I just donât want to pretend to be civil towards the man.â He would, though. If forced into the whole ordeal he would put on a polite face and sit quietly until the whole painful event was over. Then he would likely retire, to complain about the entire thing with his brother. At least that was one good thing about it all -- he had someone to commiserate with after the fact.

Killian flopped into the seat, slouching in a way that went entirely against everything his tutors had taught him. Not that he cared, really. There wasnât anyone around that would care, and damn it if his position wasnât comfortable.
âHow difficult do you think it would be to get out of the banquet tonight? I heard mother talking about it, and I think she invited that stuffy duke to dine with us. You know -- the one who has an opinion about everything and eats practically all the food.â
Birthday Blues || crumblingdisposition
She studied him as he gulped down a mouthful of his drink, her eyebrows knitting together in consideration of his words. Was she really that bad at covering it up? She was under the impression that she was doing a damn fine job of masking her internal conflict all night, but apparently not fine enough to fool Killian. She shouldnât have been surprised; heâd said the first day they met that he could read her like a book. He was just exercising that power at that moment. Plus, she doubted she was doing as good of a job at hiding her true emotions as if she had been sober. Speaking of sober, she may have been drunk, but she wasnât so far gone that she couldnât see that he was well into the alcohol, too. He was just better at hiding it from hundreds of years of conditioning. She would have asked why he was there, but even through her clouded mind, she knew better. She knew the reason as well as he did. They hadnât spoken in weeks because of it. Neal. Which ironically enough, was the reason she was on her way to getting sloshed and the same reason Killian was calling her out on not being happy. Glazed green eyes locked on his own glossy azure gaze and for some reason, she decided to sit on the stool next to him. Who knew how long sheâd be waiting for her drink, right? May as well get comfortable. Her body was angled towards him and she propped an elbow on the bar, leaning her head on her hand. âIf itâs written all over my face, how come they donât see it?â she asked, her brow arched with the question.Â
If Killian was surprised at her taking a seat on the stool beside him, he didnât show it. Instead he took another swig from his glass, letting the amber liquid burn its way down his throat. It was a soothing feeling, the warmth the rum always gave him. It was a comfort on his worse days and a gift on the good ones. Finishing the glass, he turned towards her once more.
âI canât answer for them, darling. Maybe they do see it and theyâre merely pretending they donât for your sake. But I see it, clear as day. Somethingâs troubling you.â He could make a few educated guesses (as well as several sarcastic quips) on what was on her mind. For the moment, however, he made the decision to say no more. He decided to give her a chance to respond and confirm his suspicions first.
The bartender then came back with Emmaâs drink, placing it on a napkin in front of her. Glancing at the empty glass in front of Killian, he raised a questioning eyebrow. âYa want a refill?â the bartender asked him, pointing to the glass. With a nod and a noise of confirmation, Killian watched the bartender walk away once more.
If anyone wants a starter, feel free to like this thing.Â
"Itâs so cold.."
Killian glanced over to her, shivering slightly in the evening breeze. Despite it being spring, there was a bitter chill that had spread through Storybrooke, growing even more severe near the water -- where they both happened to be headed in that moment.Â
He was planning on showing her the Jolly Roger, brought back with the help of Ursula. Of course she had seen it previously, on their trip to Neverland, but somehow this felt different. For one, they neednât worry for the safety of her lad every waking moment. And for another, they were together now. Both of those things, combined with his general excitement over having his ship back, resulted in him dragging her towards the docks that evening.
Now, however, he paused in his steps. His right arm wrapped around her frame, hands rubbing her arms to produce a small bit of warmth. He could still tell she was cold, however, and it was uncomfortable for him to watch. Ever since she had nearly frozen to death, he had a difficult time watching her in even the slightest of chilly conditions.
âWe could turn back, love, if youâre too cold. Tomorrow is just as good a time as now,â he offered, hook waving behind them, back towards the way they had come.
