stop looking for advices, methods, new information, new "how it clicked for me" posts... (im not saying they're not helpful but thats not the point...)
and when you ACTUALLY take your time... sit with yourself... look into your inner world... calm your mind... swim like you're in the sea... forget about your surroundings... surrender.
you always treated shifting like a labor, like some obstacle you had to overcome to achieve your happy ever after (you remember the 10 of cups?) ...
Zen is often described as a finger pointing at the moon, it warns you not to get so caught up in the teachings (the finger) that you miss the actual experience of life (the moon)...

stop bargaining with reality. genuinely. maybe you can have this ?? maybe if you do that then ?? no. absolutely not. cut it out. chop chop. pack it up. kiss it on the forehead and send it on its way. we are not negotiating like this is a flea market. reality responds to YOU. put your foot down. plant it. glue it to the ground if you have to. start deciding. i will wake up tomorrow with 10k ???? what if- thatās it. no footnotes. no terms and conditions. believe you can have what you want. stop belittling yourself like youāre asking for permission when you are the core of creation itself. stand up. square your shoulders. say it like you mean it. because youāre not here to beg. youāre not here to bargain. youāre here to choose. decide what you want and watch reality panic a little trying to keep up.
recipe: chamomile's shifting method ā (aka my method for getting into the void/shifting!)
this is a good method for people who struggle to visualize (like me) or for people who struggle for detach from their body in their cr (like me).
step one: mentally say āi don't have toesā and imagine that you don't have toes.
step two: take a breath in and out.
step three: repeat steps one and two but switching toes for various other parts of your body (feet, ankles, calves, etc). i like to work my way up to my head but if you want to do it in another order do it whatever way you feel works best for you! i also like to repeat this a few times if i notice i can still feel a particular body part (eg if my calf starts itching and i still feel it i'll repeat āi don't have calvesā two or three times until it goes away)
step four: once you feel disconnected from your body, repeat affirmations until you are in the void state! i like to repeat affirmations in sets of ten (i am in the void state, i am pure consciousness, i am pure awareness, etc) and after each set of ten i like to āblinkā while my eyes are still closed to keep myself from falling asleep (s/o to @cloverapple for this tip!)
step five: once you're in the void, decide you've shifted. from here you can either fall asleep and wake up in your dr or shift while you are still awake! use whatever works best for you.

Shifting for the mundane things is underrated tbh. Forget the extravagant shit, Iām shifting to eat food, shifting to crack , shifting to make friends, shifting to watch new shows, shifting to wear new clothes etc etc.
Thatās the stuff Iām looking forward to the most tbh
little reminder
Letting go is not trying to do the opposite. Itās not trying to think the opposite or resisting. Itās simply acknowledging and allowing.
Letās say youāre overthinking or you have doubts, you canāt fully believe that shifting is real or you think you wonāt succeed etc. When we say ālet it goā we donāt mean resisting those thoughts or forcing yourself to think youāll succeed (like affirming success while deep down you feel like youāll fail)
On the contrary, itās about acknowledging that you have doubts, that youāre afraid of failure and realizing that these things do not define you and that shifting/manifesting happens beyond these labels anyway. Itās about accepting that.
Just say: āI can have doubts, I can have fears. I accept them, but I also release them. They are not obstacles to my success. I acknowledge them and let them go.ā If something doesnāt feel right to you, do not force yourself into it and create resistance. You donāt have to pretend youāre not afraid when you are. When you accept your fears and realize they donāt define you, it becomes much easier to feel free.

donāt forget reality is yours. you create it, you can modify it, so if thereās something you donāt like,
CHANGE IT.
GO SHIFT GO SHIFT GO SHIFT!!!
and the secret to shifting is ...
the only right way to shift is your own . it's entirely dependent on you , personal to a fault , the way drs and other things related to shifting are . you can frankenstein together a method by ' stealing ' bits and pieces from others' methods , or just ditch doing a method altogether . take as many breaks as you want , or take none at all . it doesn't matter , not if you think you don't need it or want it . that's why people say you shift yourself ā because the method is something you can switch out or tweak at any time , only to make your experience more fun and comfortable .
not only that , but when the only right way to shift is your own , it also means that you don't have to do anything different . why would you , when shifting is something you already naturally do ? you don't have to force yourself to " align " with the " correct " energies , nor do you have to overthink about whether or not a particular action " allows " you to shift , because spoiler alert , you shift no matter what .
so yeah , shifting is a deeply personal thing , and the key to it / right way to shift / whatever other lingo shiftblr comes up with is just your own . take what you like and ditch the rest . don't force yourself to do anything , and don't stress yourself out . you yourself are enough because you already know how to shift , it's a natural thing , something that you already do .
yes u will shift
yes u will touch your s/o
yes u will fulfill your dreams
yes u will experience amazing things in your dr
yes you are doing good
yes you can shift
yes everything will work out
donāt give up.
treat manifesting like your queue
the everyday things you assume just⦠happen. theyāre engraved in your brain like this is how reality works.
lets say for example, that you put a song in your Spotify queue; you donāt overthink it. you donāt question it. this is literally how your world works: you put the song in the queue, so of course itās going to play. there's absolutely no doubts involved. when the new song starts to play after the current song ends, you barely register it. āoh yeah, I queued that earlier.ā. you probably donāt even consciously think that; you just knew from the moment you added it that it would be next.
now apply this to manifesting. letās say you want something; like perfectly polished, beautiful red nails. put that in your mental Spotify queue. thatās setting the intention: I have the nails.
and then⦠you donāt think about it at all. the same way you donāt obsess over your Spotify queue. you already put it there, so it has no choice but to show up.
and you might say, āof course the song plays, thatās not manifesting, thatās just how the app works.ā
but donāt you realise?
this whole world runs on your assumptions. you assumed the song would play, so it did. no doubt. no resistance. no secondāguessing.
thatās manifesting.
something as simple as putting a song in your Spotify queue is you expecting reality to follow through: and it does.
congrats. youāve been manifesting this entire time without even realising it.
now apply this mindset to everything you desire xx

i cracked the code. oh my god. iām literally typing this at like 1am pls!!
i canāt even count how many times iāve given in to the small moments of comfort from this reality, making me procrastinate shifting. not by choice, but subconsciously. because whether itās something that is going to happen in the next few days, weeks, or even months (!!) i always find myself prioritizing those over shifting to my new reality. even if theyāre the smallest things ever.
such as watching this new animated stranger things show next week. because somehow, my ego wants me to stay for another week to watch that. no bitch! that shit is happening in my new reality as well. and iām not lying when i say that the idea of solving my sudoku almost sounded more appealing than being in my new reality⦠get outā¦ā¦.
my point is. whenever i prioritize these small moments, itās only because my ego wants me to stay in the comfort of this reality. not because my life is cupcakes and rainbows, but because itās familiar. itās like my ego whispers ādonāt you want to experience this.. it sounds pretty nice, right.. you can wait a little bit longer..ā even if staying here isnāt something i want.
so thatās exactly what iām going to remind myself, that this feeling of comfort isnāt coming from me. i simply shouldnāt fall for it, because itās a trap by my ego. if i keep listening to it, i will honestly be here forever lol, because there will always be moments in my life here that are going to sound appealing, but that doesnāt make my new reality less important. ā¹š¹
No bc everytime i open shiftblr my mood gets better, the breeze feels colder, my skin gets clearer and my head doesnt feel heavy anymore. The energy here is so nice my life genuinely gets better
