Amaya: Damn, really? Security won't even let me in with a beverage outside a fucking Disney tumbler have the time.

Neil: What? I picked the name myself, he said Alien Birthday Madness was awesome and a step up from what he had! You can volunteer, though, but I feel kinda bad having like... a committee just for me.
Amaya: I'd be happy to help hand-make your costume too. I go a little insane in Halloween-season though, be forewarned. It's my favorite holiday.
Amaya: What was his suggestion? It's not a committee, it's, uh, a pair of people dedicated to making the birth of their friend as out of this world and fabulous as humanly (and inhumanly) possible.

Kennedy: OH well I didn't think you meant permanent dye!! You know park policy :-P Lighter pink would be adorable on you, the pastel look was very in recently.
Kennedy: I haven't personally but I have a friend who invested in a blonde wig to dress as me on Halloween. I don't know anything about the return policy but the wig itself was BEAUTIFUL. I can link you the site she used.
Amaya: You think they'd relax it a little seeing as half their characters have to wear wigs anyways. Normally I'm not crazy about pastel myself, but for hair it'll do.
Amaya: Dress as you? Why would she dress as you? Couldn't hurt, I guess. It'd be better than going wig shopping with Gabe.

Camille: Okay but please don't, I don't want to get paired up with a Prince Eric who's actually like, gung-ho and uptight about the Little Mermaid. David's better than harmless, he's like, perfect :-p But Gabe's not awful, he just isn't on the David scale. It's called the Tune-In Lounge and it's tucked away right by the 50's Prime Time Diner, it's AMAZING. My margarita? PATRON.
Camille: I don't know, I never went, I just imagined it being like, a virtual reality version of Kingdom Hearts or something. It's so colorful! I love it, even if I can never afford much of it. Vera Bradley's got the backpack and purse monopoly instead :-p
Amaya: Oh so you'd rather just be paired with one that'll stick his tongue down your throat at the first available opportunity? Good luck with that. Perfect? He's like a slacker pothead with poor money management skills. Far from perfect. I'm going to be my own judge of this and so far, Gabe's pretty much earned his place on my list of lamer people around the parks. Hmm, I'll have to think about that.
Amaya: I've never been a big video game person so Kingdom Hearts is barely a thing I realize exists. So I'm happy to have avoided Disney Quest as well. See, I literally thought they were the same company - which is the only time you'll hear me say that about something design related.

Amaya: And not a one worth watching, so I'm still going to hard pass. Apparently it's card "sharp" anyways, according to google.Card shark sounded so much cooler.
Amaya: Not just an astrophysicist, the man who brought us Cosmos and rapped on the Nightly Show about how the earth isn't flat. You also share a first name, that is a bit weird.

Camille: You'd think they'd like, have a place where you can go and sit with the sorting hat on your head and find out /at/ the parks, people would wait ages for that. They sell weird imitations of Hermione's Yule Ball gown but no way to dress like Fleur? HATEFUL.
Camille: They're in totally separate parks - but I hate, hate, hate that ride, I'd definitely rather go on the Little Mermaid clamshells since they're the same ride anyway. And close my eyes, but still. That's true, the fire and water combo is impressive! THough people complain way too much about no fireworks.
Amaya: That's true, although you know that the animatronic sorting hat would end up breaking like every five minutes. Or scaring some kid and they'd have to stall for fifteen minutes while trying to get them out of line. They should really sell Ron's robes for the laugh. Are Hermione's yule robes book style or movie style? The real crime was they let Hermione look so good but made Ginny look like the Little Mermaid threw up on her. Although for me, the true #look from the Yule Ball was Cho Chang.
Amaya: Well, separate parks are easy enough to overcome with the tunnels. I really don't hang out at either ride, although I do like the general aquarium. They can get over it, or go to the earlier show and watch the fireworks elsewhere. I mean if they did have fireworks they'd probably scare the fuck out of all the animals in the park.
kenny leant against the pole of the designated smoking area just outside of the park. a long haul of a drag on her marlboro filled the air with smoke, as someone crossed in front of her. pulling the rolled tobacco from her lips, she spoke through the mist. “ hey, what the heck do i have to do to be with you, cute?“
Amaya looked the girl in front of her up and down before shaking her head. “Not interested, I don’t find the whole future lung cancer vibe attractive.”

“I would kill to get a Fleetwood MAC song. Stevie Nicks’ voice always makes me feel like I’m so dreamy 1980s lesbian witch. But the Guardians 1 & 2 soundtrack would definitely keep the vintage music vibe and add a lot more variety.”
As much as I adore seeing the kids, sometimes I’m glad that my princess isn’t as popular as the others. That way, I’m not bombarded by little tikes every single moment. It makes things more relaxed and natural.
“I am so glad I’m not Elsa or something. I would snap at someone after about the fifth time someone asked me to show them my ice powers or where Olaf is or something. As it is, I get annoyed enough with the kids constantly showing me their Frozen t-shirts.”
Sometimes I’m jealous of all the girls who get to play princesses, because it takes me an extra hour to get ready because I have a sleeveless dress and Disney doesn’t do tattoos.
“Trust me, having a job with a full-length dress isn’t worth the trade off. You have to spend half your day hydrating and then trying to get in and out of the button-up monstrosity that is the back probably takes about as long as covering up a few tattoos.”

Amaya: Poor me, I'm the one who has phantom glitter from work everywhere. Although I imagine you must be pretty screwed with the face paint from your job too.
Amaya: But what a thing to get fired for! I wonder where Disney does get their wigs, because they stand up pretty well to the barrage of sweat and children with sticky hands.
Amaya: You're a good friend, taking care of me and my helpless ass when it comes to trying this shit.
“So anyways, I started telling this girl that no she cannot have my number because I’m happily married to Jasmine, and she laughed at me and said I wasn’t the real Aladdin. I mean? She’s so rude, because clearly I am.”
“Have you become some kind of Disney pod person? Do you really think you defeated an evil snake man and that your father is the king of thieves? Or do you just think the girl who plays Jasmine is really hot and wish you were married to her for real?”
“I’m as happy to work here as the next person, but if I get one more older man telling me I need to smile, I might not have a job anymore.”
“As the next person? Because I’m actually not that happy to work here. The pay is crap, there’s too many screaming kids, and the wardrobe sucks. But no men have told me to smile, so I count myself lucky. I wouldn’t have blamed you if you’d kicked him where it counts.”

Amaya: Please, I'm not some amateur who store-buys my costume like anyone else. I have a sewing machine and a lot of fabric lying around.
Amaya: Alien Madness? You need to find a better name for the theme, does Dylan have any experience with party planning? Because I'm happy to help. I love any excuse to interior decorate.
