Say hello to my new friend. I have not decided on a name for her yet, but I hope that she will encourage my little orchid to grow.💖☀️🙏 How is everyone else welcoming in spring?

It never once occurred to me that I would like to live near the ocean, until I traveled across her and realized I had never felt more at home.🙏💖🌊
"You get in life what you have the courage to ask for." So ask yourself if what you're doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow.
Incase you need a little reassurance.🤗🌻
Spiral tarot was the first tarot deck I owned at 8 years old. Due to not knowing how to properly clean or care for that deck as I grew older, I had to return it to earth around the same time I began to open up about this side of myself. Soon after another version of the deck was gifted to me by a friend, but I still carried a lot of resistance towards it at the time, so another friend kept it safe for me until I was ready. Recently I reclaimed this deck, and isn't it so fitting that the first card I would draw from her would be The World. Beginning at the end, and an end to my first beginning. By taking back this deck I truly step into who I am, who I have always been, and the realization that my own peace and acceptance is enough.💛 Welcome to the week of Solar Plexus🌻
Thoughts create our reality. What kind of future are you painting?🌻
Something to think about.
"To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong." Growing up I had so many dreams and aspirations. I was going to explore tombs in Egypt and photograph wild animals. I did ballet, karate, practiced piano, guitar, painted, drew, and even began writing poetry all before the age of 7. I was awkward and outspoken, clumsy and could never find my shoes. I didn't wonder if it was right or wrong, I didn't compare my personality or self expression. I never thought of how it would look to anyone else. I wonder what happened to the little girl who climbed onto the karate mat still in her ballet tutu, because her little brother was afraid, and took down the opponent in front of her without a second thought. I wonder what it is about growing up that causes us to lose that fearlessness? Is that fearless child still in here counting each careful step, or is she off conquering the world elsewhere? What pieces of yourself have you cast away in the process of "growing up"? Are there any parts you would like back? What is stopping you?
I was sure the root chakra set up was my favorite, but this one just makes me want to dance.☀️ I suppose that means I did it right! Meditation space for the next week.🙏
I was so drawn to this coin the other day while I was out, it wasn't until after I purchased it that I noticed the words on the other side of it. It says "I celebrate life with joy." Talk about synchronicities. Grateful for the little reminders.💖
If you make another person your sun, moon, and all the stars.. who will light your sky when they are gone? Love deeply, but begin with yourself. This way you can appreciate the shooting stars passing through your sky in all of their radiance, without dulling your own shine☄☀️🌙
This week is all about passion, creativity, and joy.🌻 Also the awareness that I am enough, and so are you.💖
Happy Sunday🌻
Morning Intentions❤ Today I am present in my body. I am a divine being, protected by spirit and secure within nature. I release fear and gain trust in the process of life. I am grounded, centered, and fully present. I am worthy. I belong.🙏
Everyone is fighting a battle. Everyone is having a hard time. Despite that, you were kind anyway. Don't think it doesn't matter. This world is brighter from having you in it. Don't sell yourself short.❤
We've talked a lot about why the Root Chakra is important to balance, but not so much about how to actually balance it. Here are just a few ways that I have found work for me. ❤ Garden or get a plant. ❤ Go for a walk outside, barefoot if possible. Be present. Notice how your body and the world around you smells, feels, etc. ❤ Declutter that space or drawer that you get anxiety digging through. ❤ Yoga and/or dancing. Any physical activity really. ❤ You can use grounding stones such as #blacktourmaline #hematite #redjasper #smokyquartz #tigerseye #shungite ❤ Aromatherapy with vetiver, sandalwood, frankincense, myrrh, and patchouli. ❤ Wear red or incorporate it into your environment. Such as a rose bouquet or candle. ❤ Take a mindful shower and imagine you are washing all that does not serve you, down the drain. ❤ Try a YouTube guided meditation. ❤ Shift your mindset from scarcity to abundance by making a point each day to list off 3 things (or more) you are grateful for. ❤ Practice 30 seconds of mindfulness each day.
Came out of my 15 minute meditation to find one of my roses turned black. This is some powerful absorption, and I am so grateful.❤🙏🌹 What I choose to release today❤ I am painfully self aware, sometimes to the point of self loathing. Every action I take, every word I say, is all carefully constructed to harm none. Which is funny considering that my blunt and direct nature can be seen as abrasive. I truly believed for years that my pain, my hurt, was inevitable. However there was no reason for anyone else to suffer. This is a martyr mentality. I set myself up for failure and heartache, to prove my lack of worth. This is not only damaging to myself but also to those who love me. However I could not recognize this self destructive behavior because while I was painfully self aware, I was coming from a place of fear. I used control of the situation and everything around me to avoid being vulnerable. I used others happiness as a reason to punish myself. That is why this work is so important. That is why I am sharing something so personal. People don't always see these self destructive behaviors without hard reflection. It can be scary to be this honest with yourself, but we all have the ability to choose. Find your strength. Know your worth. Choose love.❤
