I’m back for real!!

Homeward bound. Is a great movie by the way. But leaving the beach is always bitter sweet. In some ways I am very happy to be going home. I get so see my cat, and sleep in my own bed. But it's sad. Some people don't understand the beach. With the sand (that you find everywhere for weeks) and saltwater. The waves that go up you nose and in your eyes and makes your face sting. The sunburn on your shoulders and cheeks (and back and front and legs and tops of feet and hands and the back of your arms and that spot right above your armpits. I'm really very pale, it's amazing I survive the sun really.) People just don't get how can sit on the beach for 7 days and not get increadbly board. With the sound of waves and the ocean breeze. The sweet smell of the water with a hint of sunscreen, and the occasional grilled burger or chicken. The afternoon beach naps. Or the sunsets with all there pinks and purples and oranges. But I don't. Get board that is. I always dream of moving down here. Getting a job, buying a house on the beach. But I'm afraid. Afraid that if I do, I'll lose this feeling. The longing. The nostalgia of family vacations gone by. I'm afraid that it won't be special anymore. So, I leave. With the knowledge that I will be back next year. So for now, I say so long, farewell, to you my friend, good bye for now, until we meet again. The waves that go up your nose and in your eyes and make your face sting. Really I'm so very pale.... I burn very easily) People just don't get how you can sit on a beach for 7 days with smell of the sea and warm sun, the breeze that cools you off, the sweet smell of sunscreen and the occasional smell of someone grilling burgers, the afternoon sunsets, with all the pinks and purples and oranges, and not get increadbly board. We had so much fun feeding the birds! I woke up from my nap to see bird right above my face. But it was fun!
