No... ? And they very much shouldn't, otherwise it defeats the entire lore point of the Evanuris being extremely powerful and hard to kill ancient spirits that Solas had to lock away behind the Veil? Doubly so when Solas is much less powerful than Elgar'nan and can still petrify people with a glance (Trespasser) and defeat your party in two seconds in the VG "bad end"

Mythal got killed by her fellow Evanuris and still managed to survive in fragments until present-day Thedas, Elgar'nan can move celestial bodies by himself, Andruil went off to hunt Titans, so no, I don't think two random mortal mages can 1v1 them lmao
